Abstract: A method for treating a filter of an anti-dust mask comprises (a) mixing 1-30wt.% stylenes resin with cumarone-indene resin (or petroleum resin or alkyl phenol resin) and dissolving in an org. solvent i.e. methylene chloride, benzene, toluene, (b) impregnating the soln. into the nonwoven fabric felt by passing through rollers, and (c) drying the felt.

Abstract: The high purity zirconia is produced by mixing unpulverizing zircon with calcium carbonate at 1:3 mole ratio, adding 2 wt.% dihydrocalcium chloride to the mixture, moulding, decomposition-reacting it at about 1350 deg.C, crushing, producing calcium zirconate in hydrochloric acid solution, resulutioning the rpoduct in hydrochloric acid solution to remove the insoluble material, adding sulfuric acid to obtain alkali zirconium sulfate, filtering and washing the precipitate of zirconium sulfate, and calcinating it at 800 deg.C or more. The yield rate of zirconia is about 97 %.

Abstract: The waterproof gypsum-foam body is manufactured by mixing burnt gypsum with 0.5-10 wt.% waterproofing agent and 0.5-10 wt.% calcium hydroxide to the dry powdered gypsum, mixing the mixt. with the foam made of water and foaming-agent, pouring it in a mould, drying at room temp., and demoulding. The foaming agent is polyvinyl alcohol, surfactant or their admixture and the waterproofing agent is the dry mixture powder of aqueous silicon resin and burnt gypsum.

Abstract: A waterproof foamed gypsum is produced by mxing lime slurry, accelator and polyvinyl alcohol foams, and slip casting. The line slurry comprises 100 wt.% burnt plaster, 0.5 wt.% aq. silicon resin, 10 wt.% calcium hydroxide and a little retarder. The producted gypsum has a good waterproofing, fireproofing, sound proofing and insulating property.
