Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a material for a pouch for a lithium secondary cell. The present invention comprises a first, a second, and a third process. The first process includes: a step of supplying a polyethylene-group resin film to a surface reforming unit and reforming the surface of the polyethylene-group resin film through atmospheric pressure plasma processing; a step of moving the polyethylene-group resin film of which the surface is reformed to a micro gravure coating unit and gravure-coating the polyethylene-group resin film with an adhesive; a step of moving the polyethylene-group resin film which is coated with the adhesive to a dryer and drying the polyethylene-group resin film; a step of joining the dried polyethylene-group resin film with a nylon film from a laminating unit to manufacture a primary semi-finished product. The second process includes: a step of supplying the primary semi-finished product to the surface reforming unit and reforming the surface of the primary semi-finished product through atmospheric pressure plasma processing; a step of moving the primary semi-finished product of which the surface is reformed to the micro gravure coating unit and gravure-coating the primary semi-finished product with the adhesive; a step of joining the primary semi-finished product which is coated with the adhesive with an aluminum film from the laminating unit to manufacture a secondary semi-finished product. The third process includes: a step of supplying the secondary semi-finished product to the surface reforming unit and reforming the surface of the secondary semi-finished product through atmospheric pressure plasma processing; a step of moving the secondary semi-finished product of which the surface is reformed to the micro gravure coating unit and gravure-coating the secondary semi-finished product with the adhesive; a step of joining the secondary semi-finished product which is coated with the adhesive with an polypropylene-group resin film from the laminating unit to manufacture a material for a pouch.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a transparent electrode film is provided to use an electro-static spray deposition (ESD) method in the final coating process, thereby improving the surface roughness characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a transparent electrode film comprises the steps of: forming grid pattern grooves in a hot embossing method (ST100); filling the grid pattern groove with ink containing conductive paste (ST200); forming a first conductive coating layer by spraying conductive polymer in an air injection and electrical radiation mode (ST300); and forming a second conductive coating layer only by an electric spinning mode (ST400). [Reference numerals] (ST100) Form a grid pattern; (ST200) Print using a conductive ink; (ST300) Form a conductive coating layer using an air-spraying and an electrospinning method; (ST400) Finish the conductive coating layer using only the electrospinning method
