Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a coating type body panel reinforcement sealer composition, which reduces the shrinkage of the panel when curing the panel to increase the rigidity of an outside panel for cars, and improves low-temperature impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The coating type body panel reinforcement sealer composition comprises an epoxy resin as main component, a curing agent, curing accelerator, filler, conductive agent, stabilizer and other additives, wherein the epoxy resin comprises 5-30 wt% of a dimer modified epoxy resin and 20-40 wt% of glycidyl ether type epoxy resin and the composition further comprises 3-15 wt% of a polyester resin. The dimer modified epoxy resin is a rubber polymerized epoxy resin selected from acrylic rubber modified resin and NBR modified epoxy resin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heating device for a sealer coating system and its controlling method thereof are provided to minimize the heating time on the sealer conveying line, thereby improving homogenous control and the flowability of the sealer, by using a partial heating control method. Owing to its simple peripherals, the workability (flexibility) of a sealer hose is improved, and the time spent on its maintenance can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: The heating device for a sealer coating system comprises a pump unit(10); a filter unit(20) for removing impurities from sealer; a pipe(23) for sealer; a discharging unit(30) for discharging a regular amount by adjusting the supply pressure; a sealer hose(31) for supplying the sealer under adjusted pressure to a sealer gun; a sealer gun(41) for spray the sealer onto a targeted surface; and a controller(50) for the whole operating system. The heating device is positioned on the sealer hose and the sealer gun to lower the viscosity of the sealer, wherein the sealer pipe and the sealer hose comprise a silicone heater forming a heat generating layer; the sealer gun comprises a bar-type heater on the inside of the body. The heating device also comprises: temperature detecting means which are positioned on the sealer pipe, the discharging unit, the sealer hose and the inside of the sealer gun respectively, to detect the temperature throughout the sealer conveying line and output the detected value to the controller; and a power supply part(69) formed in the controller.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling an equalizerless welding device is provided to prevent a welding robot from being malfunctioned by detecting an omission of welding objects at one side of a welding gun. CONSTITUTION: Welding data and equalizing data are set in a robot controller(S10). Then, a welding gun is moved into a welding point in such a manner that a welding object is aligned between a fixing electrode and a movable electrode(S20). After that, a welding object detecting signal is transmitted from an access sensor. Then, it is determined whether or not the welding object is detected(S40). If the welding object is detected, the fixing object is moved up to a lower surface of the welding object(S50). Then, it is determined whether or not the fixing electrode passes through a predetermined portion of a gap region(S60). If the fixing electrode passes through the predetermined portion of the gap region, an opening signal is inputted into a solenoid valve so as to separate the movable electrode from an upper surface of the welding object(S80).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sealer composition for a high strength steel sheet reinforcement is provided, to improve the adhesive strength by employing a polyurethane resin as a low temperature enhancer and to prevent the deterioration of stiffness without increasing the material cost and with minimizing the deformation of steel sheet at a very low temperature. CONSTITUTION: The sealer composition comprises an epoxy resin; a curing agent; a conductivity imparting agent; a curing accelerator; a filler; an additive; a stabilizer; and 5-20 wt% of a polyurethane resin as a low temperature enhancer. Abstract: PURPOSE: A spray method for body panel reinforcing agent and a sealer used as such agent are provided to reduce environmental pollution and achieve an improved adhesiveness to oil surface while utilizing an epoxy resin as a sealer. CONSTITUTION: A spray method comprises the steps of preparing a high viscosity sealer in a drum, transporting the sealer to a spray gun at a predetermined pressure by selectively using two or more pumps, filtering by using two more filtering units the sealer transported from the pump, controlling air pressure in an air blower and the spray gun and performing a constant pressure control for the sealer transported from the pump using a regulator, heating the water in a reservoir tank using a heater and circulating the water toward the spray gun using a pump or a hose so as to reduce viscosity of the sealer, receiving a valve on/off signal from a control unit and spraying the sealer and air using the spray gun having a needel, ball, ball seat, and a tip and the air blower having a nozzle, and monitoring an abnormal pressure, abnormal temperature of sealer, deficiency of water or sealer and controlling the entire system including a heating system.
