Abstract:
본 발명은 도어 글래스의 레귤레이터 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 도르레 원리를 이용하여 도어 글래스의 레귤레이터내 모터의 회전속도를 저감시키면서 그 도어 글래스의 승하강 속도는 종래에서와 동일하게 이루어지는 모터의 회전속도 저감시스템을 구성함으로써, 모터의 부하를 저감시킴은 물론, 모터의 구동으로부터 발생하던 소음을 최소화할 수 있도록 하면서 승객의 탑승불만을 해소할 수 있도록 하고, 더불어 와이어와 풀리의 마찰저항을 최소화하면서 도어 글래스의 승하강 불량을 개선할 수 있도록 하는 도르레 원리를 이용한 도어 글래스의 레귤레이터내 모터 회전속도 저감장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a lock-unlock system for a door latch. The lock-unlock system for a door latch comprises: a safety knob lever having a center part axially connected to a door latch assembly and arranged to be rotated around the axis thereof; an unlock cable bound to a one-sided end of the safety knob lever; a lock plate having a center part axially coupled to the door latch assembly, arranged to be rotated around a rotary shaft thereof, and having a one-sided end with a link groove, in which a link contact portion provided on the other-sided end of the safety knob lever is received; and an action spring elastically supporting the lock plate so as to rotate the lock plate in a locking direction.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A rotational speed reduction device of a motor in a regulator of a door glass using a pulley principle is provided to reduce load of the motor, to minimize noise produced by the driving of the motor, and to improve a fault in ascent and descent of the door glass while minimizing friction resistance of a wire and a pulley. CONSTITUTION: A door glass regulator system includes a motor(1), a first pulley(2), upper and lower second pulleys(3,3'), a wire(4), an operation weight(5), a carrier plate(6), and a channel(7). In a rotational speed reduction device of a motor in a regulator of a door glass(8) using a pulley principle, upper and lower third pulleys(10,10') using the pulley principle are connected to the first pulley to reduce noise caused by the rotation of the motor through the wire. The ends of a wire extended from the upper and lower second pulleys are fixed to the third pulleys through fixing points(A,B).

PURPOSE: A door window regulator for a vehicle is provided to prevent the hitting noise of a window glass by suppressing the movement of a carrier plate and by removing a regulator rail and a lower pulley in order to reduce the weight of the vehicle and the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A door window regulator (2) for a vehicle comprises a motor assembly (21), an upper pulley (22), a cable (23), and a carrier plate (24). The motor assembly is arranged in the lower part. The upper pulley is arranged in the upper part and connected to a door inner panel by a bolt. The cable forms an elliptical orbit from the upper pulley to a lower motor assembly. The carrier plate is connected to the cable in order to be lifted by the cable and supports a window glass (3).

PURPOSE: A sealer application method is provided to prevent a bending phenomenon at a vehicle panel by increasing the size of a sealer application area. CONSTITUTION: When the height of a robot gun unit(10) is increased, sealer is sprayed to the coating start section(22) of a vehicle panel(20). When the height of the robot gun unit is controlled to a normal height, the sealer is sprayed between a normal coating section(24) and the coating end section. When the height of the robot gun unit is increased, the sealer is sprayed to the coating end section of the vehicle panel.

A window glass driving apparatus is provided to prevent the separation of window glass in ascending/descending by keeping the fastening member from releasing. A window glass driving apparatus comprises a window glass(100), a regulator module, a fastening member(400), and a holder(300). The regulator module includes a regulator(200), a link and a rail(500), and is provided beneath the window glass. The holder is installed between the window glass and the regulator module to fasten them. The fastening member has a protrusion on one side. The rail has a groove corresponding to the protrusion.

본 발명은 슬라이딩 도어 핸들구조에 관한 것으로, 하나의 핸들노브를 서로 다른 방향으로 조작함에 따라 도어잠금 해제기능과 홀드오픈 해제기능이 이루어지도록 하여 부품수와 중량 및 원가 절감을 도모하고, 외관미도 향상시킬 수 있도록 하기 위해, 도어 패널에 고정되게 장착되면서 지지축을 구비한 핸들 하우징과, 이 핸들하우징의 상기 지지축에 양방향으로 회전가능하게 끼워져 장착되면서 도어래치와 홀드오픈래치를 해제시킬 수 있도록 연결된 핸들레버가 일체로 형성된 핸들노브 및, 상기 핸들노브가 조작된 후에 해방될 때에 핸들노브를 원래의 위치로 복귀시키는 탄성수단을 구비하고 있다.
