The lock plate is rotatably mounted a door latch case(10). The handle lever and the open lever are mounted under the lock plate side by side. The lock link is connected between the lock plate and open lever. A slot(32) is formed on one end of the lock plate. The upper end of the lock link is inserted to the slot to be able to lift by an elastic member. The lock plate rotates to the lock release direction of door latch in operation of solenoid under abnormal operation conditions where a push end(20) of the door opening of the handle lever is located between the lock link and the open lever.
