Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a nitrogen purging device of a fuel cell system, which supplies nitrogen to a hydrogen line to prevent the deterioration and degradation of the fuel cell caused in the case of using hydrogen purging. CONSTITUTION: The nitrogen purging device of the fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell(13), a hydrogen line(15) and an air line(17) each connected to the fuel cell(13), a hydrogen supply valve, a hydrogen pressure control valve(12) and a hydrogen purging valve each disposed on the hydrogen line(15), and an air filter(16), an air flow sensor(18), an air compressor(21) and an air pressure control valve(23) each disposed in the air line(17), wherein the device is characterized by further comprising an oxygen-removing combustor(10) for supplying nitrogen obtained by the reaction of the air with the hydrogen to the hydrogen line(15) through a nitrogen supply line.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling a charging state of a battery in a hybrid fuel vehicle is provided to control the power of a fuel battery by using a charging state and a voltage of the fuel battery. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle control portion checks a charging state of a battery and compares the charging state with a high limit value(S21,S22). The vehicle control portion checks a turn-on state of a fuel battery system by using a fuel battery control portion(S23). The vehicle control portion turns off the fuel battery system when the charging state of the battery is less than the high limit value(S28). The vehicle control portion turns on the fuel battery system when the fuel battery system is continuously in the turn-on state(S24). The vehicle control portion compares the charging state with a low limit value when the fuel battery system is not continuously in the turn-on state(S27). The vehicle control portion checks a voltage of the battery(S25). The vehicle control portion turns on the fuel battery system according to a voltage state of the battery(S26).
