Abstract:
An electronic parking brake system is provided to prevent malfunction of the switches by allowing the switches to output different values and thereby detecting the fault of the switches. An electronic parking brake system comprises an EPB(Electric Parking Brake) switch unit(100) including switches(110,120), an EPB controller(200), and an EPB actuator(400). The EPB controller receives output of the switches and determines fault of the switches. The EPB actuator receives a driving signal from the EPB controller and operates a parking brake. The EPB controller includes an alarm unit(300) generating a warning signal according to the fault of the switches. The EPB controller determines fault when the output difference between the idle state and the actual operation or the output difference between the switches is out of a certain error range.

A control method for improving a variable boosting force ratio for a booster and fuel efficiency using a brake booster pressure system for regenerative braking of an electric vehicle is provided to control a braking force of the vehicle optimally by actively changing the boosting force of a brake booster by controlling a pressure of a vacuum pump. A breakdown of a vacuum pump is checked by sensing a braking will of a driver from a brake petal stroke, a master cylinder hydraulic pressure, a wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure, a brake operating switch and a vehicle state from the pressure of a brake booster pressure line and a wheel speed. If the breakdown of the vacuum pump does not occur, whether the SOC(State of Charge) of the battery is greater than the reference SOC is confirmed. If the SOC of the battery is greater than a reference SOC, a BAS(Brake Assist System) mode is confirmed. In case of the BAS mode, a target brake booster pressure is calculated for each module. If the target booster pressure is greater than the line booster pressure, the line booster pressure is increased. If the target booster pressure is smaller than the line booster pressure, the line booster pressure is decreased.

A brake torque control apparatus for an electro-wedge brake and a torque control method thereof are provided to prevent lock generated when brake works by causing a nut member to be in a linear contact with a bearing, when a transfer screw is moved by a motor. A brake torque control apparatus for an electro-wedge brake comprises a noncontact displacement sensor and a contact sensor. The noncontact displacement sensor measures strain of a spring caused by a pad transfer unit, when a pressing plate is pressed by a motor. The contact sensor measures pressure to the sensor by protecting excessive pressure applied to the sensor by the pad transfer unit and friction heat between a pad and a disk with a spring. The noncontact displacement sensor and the contact sensor estimate brake torque and the brake torque is compensated by receiving deceleration calculated based on wheel speed. A bearing(18) is installed inside a nut member guide(17) such that a nut member(16) is in linear contact with the bearing, when a transfer screw(12) is moved by the motor. As a result, lock during brake is prevented.

A turbo charger protection system and method of a diesel vehicle are provided to judge whether a turbo charger is over-heated, by comparing an intake air amount under the present operation condition and a reference air amount and controlling a fuel injection amount. A turbo charger protection system of a diesel vehicle includes an air flow sensor(20) arranged at a rear end of an air cleaner(10) and sensing the practical air flow sucked into an engine(30); and a lambda sensor(50) mounted on an exhaust manifold and sensing the density of oxygen contained in exhaust gas. The turbo charger protection system further includes a control unit(60) for judging whether a turbo charger(40) is over-heated or not by comparing the value of intake air amount sensed by the air flow sensor and a reference value set in a map table, and controlling the fuel injection amount in accordance with the result of the judgment.

본 발명의 압축공기를 이용한 버스의 자동습도조절 시스템에 의하면, 승합 마이크로버스 혹은 버스의 압축공기를 이용하여 자동적으로 버스내의 습도조절이 이루어지므로 버스내 습도조절이 최소한의 설계변경으로 별도의 동력을 소비하지 않고, 항상 구비된 압축공기와 물을 이용하여 용이하게 습도조절이 가능한 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
A piston for a diesel engine is provided to prevent rotation strength of a piston lip part from being lowered, to increase fuel efficiency, and to remarkably reduce a nitrogen oxide and density of smoke. In a piston(100) for a diesel engine, several uneven parts(10) are formed at uniform intervals along a direction identical to a swirl direction of suction air to a lip part(20) of the upper end of a combustion chamber formed to the top of a piston head of the diesel engine. Each uneven part is formed while a long side(12) and a short side(14) form an angle of 120~150 degrees along the direction of the swirl direction of suction air. The long side of each uneven part has length corresponding to 1/7 of a diameter(D) of the lip part, the short side has length corresponding to 1/14 of the diameter of the lip part, and a gap of each uneven part is formed in 1/5D.

본 고안은 자동차의 연료탱크장치에 관한 것으로, 연료탱크(11)에 저장된 연료가 주연료공급라인(12)를 통해 에어클리너(13)로 부터 공급된 공기와 함께 엔진(14)으로 공급될 수 있도록 구성된 자동차의 연료공급장치에 있어서, 연료주입구(A)를 통해 주입된 연료가 연료탱크(11)와 스페어타이어(3)로 저장되어 엔진(14)으로 공급되도록 한 구조로, 스페어타이어(3)의 효율성을 높임은 물론, 지상고를 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 차체중량을 감소시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.

본 발명에서는 선 루프 장착 차량 외부에 흐르는 공기의 속도장을 측정하여 외부 공기의 차량 내부에 유입하는 현상 및 소음을 용이하게 분석하기 위하여, 작동 유체의 온도를 소정의 온도로 유지시키는 항온조와, 상기한 항온조 내의 유체를 이송시키는 펌프와, 상기한 펌프에서 유출되는 유체를 일정한 유체로 분사하는 허니콤과, 상기한 허니콤에서 발사되는 유체에 의하여 실험 대상이 되며, 선 루프를 장착하고 있는 모델 자동차와, 상기한 모델 자동차에 흐르는 유체의 유동의 단면을 조명하는 조명장치와, 상기한 모델 자동차에 흐르면서 조명에 의하여 산란되는 유체의 현상을 가시화하는 CCD 카메라로 이루어지는 선 루프 장착 차량의 외부 유동 해석장치.

라디에이터의 열을 흡수함으로서 냉각 효율을 향상시키기 위한 자동차 엔진의 냉각장치에 있어서, 라디에이터의 전면부에 소정의 거리가 이격되어 설치되며 상기 라디에이터의 열을 흡수하는 에어 냉각기와, 상기 에어 냉각기에 냉매를 주입하여 관로로 연결시켜 그 냉매를 압축하는 컴프레셔와, 상기 컴프레셔의 냉매를 방열하는 컨덴서와, 상기 컨덴서의 냉매를 팽창시켜 에어 냉각기로 인입하는 팽창 밸브를 포함하는 자동차용 엔진의 냉각장치를 제공한다.
