Abstract: The present invention relates to a 3D warning image display device and a method thereof. Various warning signals generated in a vehicle are classified into predetermined levels according to urgency levels. Abstract: A speed limiter for preventing overspeed is provided to conveniently set the speed limit, reliably detect the set speed limit and allows a user to easily check the operation state of the speed limiter. A speed limiter for preventing overspeed comprises a speed indicator(100). A step motor(40) controlled by the engine control unit is connected with the outer surface ring to rotate the outer surface ring within the speed limit set by a driver. A photodetector(50) is installed at one side of the outer surface ring to detect the position of the speed display pointer.
