The cup support member flexibly ascends and descends to vary a volume of the air chamber. One end of the air passage is connected to the air chamber and the other end is connected the operating groove formed in the boundary surface of the holder housing. The cup supporting member is installed in order to be projected through the operating groove of the holder housing to the cup accommodation space.
