Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle alternator having a wiring box split type structure is provided to shorten a process and reduce a manufacturing cost through a component elimination by forming an electric circuit of the alternator in a crash panel. CONSTITUTION: An ignition switch(I) flows a current through a battery(B). A merge circuit(30) is mounted to a crash pad(D). The merge circuit(30) includes a PCB. The merge circuit(30) includes a lamp(10a), a diode(10b), and a resistor(20a). The lamp(10a) and the diode(10b) are connected to each other in series to form an electric circuit. The lamp(10a) and the diode(10b) are connected to an alternator(A) in series. The lamp(10a) and the resistor(20a) are connected to each other in parallel. When a driver switches a contact point of an ignition switch(I), a closed circuit is formed by an L terminal of the alternator(A) through the lamp(10a) and the diode(10b) of the merge circuit(30).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling operation of a vehicle wiper motor is provided to reduce the size of the wiper motor and reduce costs and weight by eliminating a high speed coil. CONSTITUTION: A method is characterized in that a high speed coil from among two coils of a wiper motor(10) is eliminated, and current flows along the remaining coil through the pulse width modulation system of a field effect transistor(40), to thereby increase/decrease speed of the wiper motor. Abstract: PURPOSE: A headlamp device of a vehicle is provided to abolish the related parts and to reduce the cost of production and length of process by changing the wiring between a DRL(Day time Running Lighting) unit and a headlamp.
