Abstract: 본 발명은 수동 변속기의 이상 소음 분석 방법에 관한 것으로서, 엔진으로부터 변속기를 통과하는 동력 전달 부분의 각 기어계의 RPM 및 변속기 케이스 진동을 측정하는 단계와; 상기 각 기어계의 RPM 변동량을 이용하여 상기 각 기어쌍들의 상대 각도 및 상대 각가속도를 계산하는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 계산된 각 기어쌍들의 상대 각도와 상대 각가속도를 비교하여 이상 소음 발생 부위 및 원인을 분석하는 단계를 포함함으로써, 분석된 결과를 토대로 개발 능력 향상에 따른 개발비용을 절감할 수 있고, 정확한 분석으로 개선 대책을 수립할 수 있게 되어 이상 소음 발생을 최소화시켜 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A chain guide for driving a camshaft is provided to reduce power loss, and to prevent noise from backlash by straining continuously with applying constant tension in loosening a timing chain. CONSTITUTION: A camshaft driving chain guide is composed of a first guide member(20) supporting by contacting to the outside of a timing chain(10), and assembling by a fixing unit; a second guide member(30) supporting the other side of the timing chain by contacting with facing to the first guide member, and moving horizontally or vertically according to the length of the timing chain; a connecting member(40) connecting and fixing the first guide member and the second guide member; an elastic member(50) inserted between first and second guide members to apply elastic force vertically according to changes of the length of the timing chain; and a bearing member(60) turning the second guide member around the connecting member. Power loss and noise are prevented with keeping tension continuously by the elastic member and the bearing member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of an Idle Speed Control(ISC) valve passage for an internal combustion engine is provided to reduce cavity noise when air passes a bypass air passage of the ISC valve. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of an ISC valve passage for an internal combustion engine, a stepmotor valve passage and a Fast Idle Auxiliary(FIA) valve passage introduce the air bypassing a throttle valve(8) into an intake manifold(6). A lip(L) is installed in the outlet(5) of the FIA valve passage, and reduces cavity noise.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for lubricating camshaft is provided to improve the lubrication performance by spreading oil from the upper side of the camshaft. CONSTITUTION: Additional oil supply pipe(30) is supported by a head cover(20) at the right upper side of a cam(17) and a camshaft(18) to smoothly supply oil to the cam and the camshaft, wherein an inlet of the oil supply pipe is communicated with an output of an oil gallery to make oil pumped from the oil pump to be flowed into, a plurality of holes of a small diameter are formed at the lower part of the oil supply pipe with a prescribed intervals to make oil supplied to the oil supply pipe to be uniformly spread to the upper part of a cam mechanism.
