    Abstract: A fuel cutting off device of a vehicle is provided to prevent oil from being leaked from a fuel tank when in collision by applying electricity to an electromagnet on the basis of a collision signal and closing a fuel flowing hole of the electromagnet using a steel member. A fuel cutting off device of a vehicle comprises an electromagnet(40), a steel member(50), a separation preventive member(60), a collision sensor(70), and a control unit(80). The electromagnet having a fuel flowing hole is installed on a path(3) of a fuel pipe(30) connecting a fuel injection port(10) and a fuel tank(20). The steel member is placed on the path of the fuel pipe, and closes the fuel flowing hole by using magnetic force of the electromagnet when current flow in the electromagnet. The separation preventive member is formed on the path, and prevents separation of the steel member. The collision sensor is formed at a rear part of a vehicle body(5). The control unit applies electricity to the electromagnet on the basis of a collision signal sensed at the collision sensor. The separation preventive member is fitted to a meshed groove(31) formed at an inner surface of the fuel pipe. The annular electromagnet has the fuel flowing hole at a center, and being fitted into an insert groove(32) of the electromagnet formed at the inner surface of the fuel pipe.
