    Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle frame structure is provided to improve vehicle quality and to reduce production costs by controlling a gap and a step pulley between a head lamp and a fender panel. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle frame structure comprises a vehicle frame, a front end module, a fender apron(20), and a head lamp member(40). The vehicle frame comprises a main body of a vehicle. The front end module integrates components located to the front of a vehicle. The fender apron is attached to both front sides of the vehicle and is connected to a fender and the front end module. The head lamp member is located to both ends of the front end module. A head lamp(60) is connected to the head lamp member. A position control unit is formed at ends of the head lamp member and on an upper side surface of the fender apron. The position control unit comprises a stud bolt(50) and a guide groove(41).

    Abstract: A center pillar center pillar structure for a vehicle is provided to improve the rigidity of a center pillar upper part with low weight by inserting rigid reinforcing material inside the section of the center pillar upper part. A center pillar center pillar structure for a vehicle comprises: a center outer panel; a center inner panel(2) flanged with the center outer panel; a hollow formed between the center inner panel and the center outer panel; a guide bracket(20) which is inserted in order to maintain constant clearance with a part except for an outer protrusion(1a) of the center inner panel; and structural foam(30) inserted between the outer surface of the guide bracket and the center inner and outer panels. The guide bracket maintains the shape of the inner part projecting part(2a) of the center outer panel at constant intervals. The structural foam functions as reinforcing the center inner panel and the center outer panel.
