본발명은승합차량의 B 필러부상단부구조에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는승합차량의루프패널에결합되는 B 필러부상단부구조를변경하여용접성을향상시킬수 있고, 상기용접성의향상에의하여루프패널에충격이전해지더라도적절하게대응할수 있도록하는차량의 B 필러부상단부구조에관한것이다. 본발명은, 승합차량의 B 필러부상단부구조를, 상기루프패널과루프보우는말단부분을일치되도록형성하여사이드아웃터패널의말단상부에일치시키고, 상기사이드아웃터패널에는직하부에 B 필러레인포스와 B 인너필러를루프패널과루프보우는말단부분을일치되도록형성시킨위치의직하부에설치시켜외부에서전해지는응력을루프패널과루프보우로분산시킬수 있는구조로형성한다.

본 발명은 차량 화물칸의 차체 패널에 삽입 설치되는 드레인 플러그에 관한 것으로서, 차량 화물칸의 리어 플로어 사이드 패널의 드레인 홀에 삽입 설치되어 차량에 설치된 도어를 열고 닫을 때 발생되는 실내외의 공기압에 의해 차량 외부로 수분과 공기의 방출이 가능한 드레인 플러그에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 차량 화물칸의 차체 패널에 삽입 설치되는 드레인 플러그에 있어서, 상기 화물칸의 차체 패널상에 관통되어 형성된 드레인 홀; 및 상기 드레인 홀에 삽입 설치되어 차량 실,내외의 기압차에 의해 발생되는 압력에 의해 차량 실내에서 발생되는 수분을 외부로 방출 가능하도록 설치되는 방출수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드레인 플러그를 제공한다. 드레인 플러그, 방출 수단, 노즐부

PURPOSE: A structure of a side outer panel of a vehicle body is provided to improve anti-corrosive performance by enhancing painting quality and to reduce the weight of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Lower end portion of a side outer panel(10) is cut off and directly welded with a reinforcing member(20) to expose the reinforcing member outside and make a paint smoothly infiltrate the space between the side outer panel and the reinforcing member. Since the lower end portion of the side outer panel is cut off, the weight of a vehicle is reduced. A molding member(30) is attached to cover the joint of the side outer panel and the reinforcing member.

PURPOSE: A device for supporting a center seat belt of a second-row seat for a vehicle having three seat rows is provided to prevent passengers from being injured by the seat belt, and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A middle supporting unit(4) is installed at a vehicle roof(2) over a second-row seat(1), and supports the middle part of a center seat belt(3) in the second-row seat. A fixing supporter(5) installed at the rear of the roof is connected to the center seat belt, and elastically supports the center seat belt.

CONSTITUTION: A device includes a chamber where a vehicle(10) to be tested is installed; a road simulator(100) simulating the vehicle; environment control parts(120,122,124,126) installed in the chamber and providing various climatic conditions corresponding with preset environmental conditions and road conditions of countries; an input device for inputting kind of durability test, corresponding test values and various climatic conditional value; a control part(130) analyzing values input to the input device, controlling driving of a test part according to the input kind and values of durability test and transmitting driving control signal to the environment control parts according to condition of environment and road of the corresponding country; and an output device outputting corresponding test result according to control of the control part.

PURPOSE: An installing structure for a unlocking switch of a parking brake and a unlocking switch of a hood latch with a foot step type parking brake is provided to secure an interval between the unlocking switch of the parking brake and the unlocking switch of the hood latch by installing the unlocking switch of the hood latch to a cowl side trim panel. CONSTITUTION: Either an unlocking switch of a parking brake(10) or an unlocking switch of a hood latch(20) is installed to a dash panel(1) of a driver's seat. A foot step type parking brake is equipped to the dash panel. The other switch is installed to a cowl side trim panel(2). Switches are moved elastically. Thereby, an installing interval between the unlocking switch of the parking brake and the unlocking switch of the hood latch is increased and misoperation of a driver is prevented.

PURPOSE: Structure for connecting a rear floor under cover of a vehicle is provided to make a sealer easily infiltrate in the painting process even if the rear floor under cover is installed on the under body of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A back panel(40) is installed vertical to the vehicle body. A flange(41) having a connecting hole is prepared on the lower end of the back panel. A rear floor under cover(20) is combined to a rear bumper(10b) to cover the lower portion of the rear bumper. The end of the rear floor under cover is combined to the flange of the back panel. Since the rear bumper is covered with the rear floor under cover, the generation of a swirl in the section of the rear bumper is suppressed.
