Abstract: PURPOSE: A leaked oil treatment system of a turbocharger is provided to prevent input of oil to a cylinder of an engine through eliminating the oil from a compressor housing, and to alarm a driver in case of the leaked oil amount over a specific amount. CONSTITUTION: By starting an engine, hydraulic pressure is formed in a main gallery for closing a valve mechanism(E) under an oil storing instrument(D). Oil inputted to a compressor housing(24) is flowing along a housing wall surface according to air pushed to an outer surface of the housing by rotation of a compressor(18). Then, the oil is discharged through an oil discharge pipe(C) for being stored in the oil storing instrument. In case of a small mount of oil, the valve mechanism of the oil storing instrument is opened for collecting the oil in an oil pan. In case of a large amount of oil, a height of a float(60) is elevated for contacting with a storing container(42). Then, a contact point is turned on. An alarming lamp is turned on for an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) to detect an abnormal state and to reduce engine RPM(Revolutions Per Minute).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A turbocharger protecting device is provided to prevent damage on a turbocharger by supplying oil from an oil tank installed in addition to an oil feeder in the cold start of an engine or sudden acceleration. CONSTITUTION: A turbocharger protecting device comprises an oil tank(7) supplying oil to an oil feeder(6), a glow plug(8) inserted in the oil tank and radiated by an ECU(Electronic Control Unit), and a non-return valve(9) supplying oil to bearings(5) supporting a rotating shaft(2) by being opened when pressure of the oil tank rises over a specific level. As oil is not supplied to the rotating shaft and the bearing in cold start or sudden acceleration, temperature of the rotating shaft rises over a specific level and the ECU supplies power to the glow plug to heat oil in the oil tank. The oil is gasified and internal pressure of the oil tank rises. Internal pressure of the oil tank over a specific level is applied to elastic valve bodies(91,92) in the non-return valve. The elastic valve bodies are opened and oil flows to an oil supply path from the oil tank. The oil cools the rotating shaft and the bearing, and smooth lubricating action is performed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An impurities removing system is provided to protect catalytic converter by removing foreign substances produced from an exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe. The swirl chamber is installed directly beneath the exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe so as to collect foreign substances utilizing mass of the foreign substances. The mesh is made of metallic material, and has a hole of which diameter is smaller than that of the path of the catalytic converter so as to filter a large-sized impurities.
