Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a fixing device for a wheelchair in a vehicle which lets a fixing hook rotated toward a vehicle axis by a remote controller and adjusted in length to hold vehicle axis of the wheelchair so that it increases convenience in fixing the wheelchair. CONSTITUTION: The fixing device for the wheelchair in the vehicle comprises the parts of: a support sheet(10) which is fixed at a vehicle floor; a wheel stopper(12) which lets wheels of the wheelchair held to limit front movement of the wheelchair; an actuator(20) which is fixed at the support sheet with forming a rotation axis(22) at both sides; a bearing tool(30) which lets both edges of the rotation axis supported and rotated; the fixing hook(40) which is rotated forward or backward by rotational power of the rotation axis; an oil pressure supplier(50) which selectively supplies and releases oil pressure necessary to drive the actuator; and the remote controller(60) which controls the oil pressure supplier.
