    Abstract: A rear oil seal mounting jig is provided to easily mount a rear oil seal between a fly wheel and a fly wheel housing by using tightening force of a nut. A rear oil seal mounting jig includes a jig guider(1), two or more bolts(3), a seal guider(5), and a nut(7). The jig guider has a jig guider body(11) having a plurality of bolt holes, and a joint portion(17) formed at a rear center of the jig guider body and has a front end with a threaded surface(15). The bolts are screwed into the bolt holes of the jig guider so as to tighten the jig guider to an end of a crank shaft(30). The seal guider has a cylindrical seal guider body(21) to be fitted to the jig guider body, and a cylindrical support portion(23) formed integrally with a rear end of the seal guider body and fitted to the joint portion. The nut is tightened to the threaded surface of the joint portion so as to advance the seal guider by the tightening force thereof. The jig guider has a rim formed along a circumference of a front end of the jig guider body so as to permit a rear oil seal(10) to easily escape from the jig guider. A locking member is interposed between the jig guider and the seal guider so as to lock the seal guider in the rotating direction relatively to the jig guider.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting malfunction of a belt is provided to detect an error of the belt in an early stage by detecting vibration of a cord generated due to the malfunction of the belt. CONSTITUTION: A belt malfunction detecting device(100) includes a vibration detecting device(10) adjacent to a belt(11) for detecting a contact vibration of a cord(13) remote from the belt(11). A vibration detecting signal of the vibration detecting device(10) is transmitted into a controller(20). A display section(30) is provided to display a vibration detecting signal. The vibration detecting device(10) has a supporting member installed adjacent to the belt(11), a plate member(17) installed at one end of the supporting member, and an accelerator sensor(19). The vibration detecting signal transmitted into the controller(20) is displayed in the display section(30).
