Abstract: A stopper plate unit for a bump stopper is provided to improve the durability of a bump stopper by preventing a bump stopper from being slid from a stopper plate. A stopper plate unit for a bump stopper comprises a bearing member(11), a rotation plate(13), a stopper plate(15), and a rotation control unit. The bearing member is pressed inside a spring seat part(SP) of a lower arm(1) through an outer racer. The rotation plate is pressed in the inner race of the bearing member. The rotation plate is installed at the lower arm to be rotated. The stopper plate is connected at both sides between the rotation plates through a hinge part(20). The rotation control unit limits the rotation quantity of the rotation plate between the rotation plate and the lower arm. The rotation control unit is comprised of a stop projection(31), and both stop guiders(33). The stop projection is protruded from one side of the rotation plate. The both stop guiders are apart from each other. The both stop guiders limits the rotation of the stop projection.

Abstract: A rear wheel bump stop device of vehicles is provided to prevent the slip phenomenon of a spring seat and bump stopper by perpendicularly maintaining the upper surface of a stopper seat based on a central axis of the bump stopper. A rear wheel bump stop device of vehicles comprises: a stopper seat(3) installed at the upper of a lower arm around a pivot axis following backward and forward of vehicles; a pinion(5) installed at the pivot axis of the lower arm while the rotating is suppressed toward a car body; and a rack(7) extended along the longitudinal direction of the lower arm, connected to the stopper seat and a link. The rack goes in gear with a pinion and rotates together with the lower arm. The pivot axis has a bearing at both ends of the stopper seat. A rubber stopper is installed on the lower arm site of the stopper seat bottom side.
