Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for inspecting a steel barcode of truck for moving coated parts using a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera are provided to replace the transformed steel barcode with the clean steel barcode by picturing an image of the steel barcode with the CCD camera, and issuing warning if transformation due to stuck paint is generated in the steel barcode by analyzing the image. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(43) transfers the truck(42). The CCD camera(50) pictures the steel barcode by installing to one side of the conveyor. A computer(60) interprets shape information of the steel barcode pictured from the CCD camera by connecting to the CCD camera. In case that a shape of the steel barcode is transformed by the paint based on an analysis result of the computer, a warning lamp(70) informs a worker of transformation by installing to one side of the conveyor and connecting to the computer.
