Abstract: PURPOSE: A door outside handle of a vehicle is provided to reduce the size of an outside handle and a lever and to reduce the width of an outside handle. CONSTITUTION: A door outside handle(2) of a vehicle is mounted to an outer panel. The locked state of a latch locked to a door striker is released because a lever(5) is rotated around a lever shaft(6) and a latch cable(10) is pulled by pulling a grip. The lever is combined to the lever shaft by a female screw(11) formed in the lever and a male screw(12) formed in the lever shaft. The strong stroke is generated by spiral motion of the lever due to pulling of the grip.
