And also there is no separating line which separates the door chassis weather strip and the door rear glass fixing weather strip so that exterior view of the door becomes beautiful and water and exterior noise don't come in a car room.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A door glass lower channel of a vehicle is provided to prevent corrosion of the lower channel and brackets, to reduce weight and production cost of the lower channel and to simplify an assembly process. CONSTITUTION: A door glass lower channel(100) is composed of a channel portion(110) in which a door glass is inserted; a bracket portion(120) integrally formed on upper and lower parts of the channel; and a glass run(200) integrally formed inside the channel portion. The channel and bracket portions are made of plastic and firstly injected and the glass run is secondly injected inside the channel portion. Therefore, the lower channel is not corroded by water drops flowed in and the weight and production cost are reduced.
