Abstract:
A multi-hub for a vehicle electronic device is provided to connect a plurality of electronic devices to one body and easily release or replace the connection of the electronic devices. A body(10) has a uniform space. A plurality of connecting hole parts(14) into which cables are inserted is formed in the body(10). A socket(20) is removably installed at an internal side of the connecting hole parts(14), and the respective cables are electrically connected to the socket(20). A plurality of connecting blocks(30) is installed in the socket(20) to be capable of being projected, and the cables are connected to the connecting blocks(30). An optical fiber is installed between the connecting block and the connecting block. An elastic part is installed between the connecting blocks and the socket(20).

Abstract:
A device and a method for diagnosing the MOST(Media Oriented System Transport) network are provided to correctly check a failed position inside the MOST network by installing a diagnosis device to the inside of the MOST network in case that failure such as rink break is generated in the MOST network. An optical connector connection part(100) receives light output from a unit operated by switching into a master mode owing to the failure of the MOST network. A MOST transceiver(102) records a node position address newly assigned by the light inputted to the optical connector connection part. A controller(104) reads and displays the node position address recorded in the MOST transceiver to a display part(106).
Abstract:
An audio signal input device for a vehicle to which a MOST(Media Oriented Systems Transport) network is applied and a method therefor are provided to output an audio signal of a portable audio device in the vehicle to which the MOST(Media Oriented Systems Transport) network is applied by receiving a stereo audio signal of an analog format from the portable audio device, converting the received stereo audio signal into an audio signal of a digital format, transmitting the audio signal of the digital format through the MOST network, and outputting the audio signal through an amplifier of the vehicle. An audio signal input terminal(12) receives the first audio signal from a portable audio device. A digital signal converting unit(14) converts the first audio signal received in the audio signal input terminal(12) into the second audio signal of a digital format. A control unit(16) assigns a channel for transmitting the audio signal converted in the digital signal converting unit(14) on a MOST network(3), and transmits the second audio signal converted in the digital signal converting unit(14). A MOST transceiver(18) receives the second audio signal transmitted by the control of the control unit(16), and converts the second audio signal according to the MOST network standard. The optical connector(19) converts the second audio signal converted in the MOST transceiver(18) into an optical signal, and transmits the optical signal to an amplifier(4) through the MOST network(3).
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for reproducing a multimedia file are provided to reproduce the multimedia file through a vehicle, to which MOST(Media Oriented Systems Transport) techniques are applied, as well as a limited medium, by converting the multimedia file in an MOST standard and outputting the converted multimedia file through an audio and video unit connected to an MOST network. A multimedia file read unit(10) reads a multimedia file stored in a mobile recording medium. A multimedia file restoration unit(12) restores the read multimedia file. An encoder(14) encodes the restored multimedia file in a predetermined encoding standard. An MOST transceiver(16) converts the encoded multimedia file according to an MOST standard. An optical connector(18) converts the converted multimedia file into an optical signal, and transmits the multimedia file to an audio and video unit through an MOST network(2).
