CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an elastic member with variable modulus is as follows. A rubber compound mixed with magnetically reactive particles is injected in a mold(10) and permanent magnets(20) are installed in the mold. The injected rubber compound is hardened. The hardened rubber compound is separated from the mold. The orientation characteristic of magnetically reactive particles is guided with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets so that the rubber compound has variable modulus.

CONSTITUTION: A bush of a stabilizer bar is mixed with the bloom mixture with 6 to 8phr of oleic acid amide and 2 to 4phr of erucamide, 2.5 to 3.0phr of sulfate, 65 to 75phr of NR and 25 to 35phr of BR. The sulfate increases bridge density and the NR is sort of a raw rubber material. Therefore, the bush reduces the frictional noise with high abrasion resistance and lubricating performance.
