Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition of heat-curable humidity-proof sealer with low specific gravity is provided to reduce failure rate caused by moisture. CONSTITUTION: A composition of heat-curable humidity-proof sealer with low specific gravity comprises: 20-35wt% polyvinyl chloride resin; 20-35wt% filler; 5-10wt% hygroscopic agent; 25-35wt% plasticizer; 1-15wt% tackifier; and 1-5wt% thermal stabilizer. The filler is composed of 60-95wt% calcium carbonate, 2-20wt% hollow micro spheres, and 2-20wt% micro spheres. The hygroscopic agent is comprised of 50-75wt% non-coating calcium oxide and 25-50wt% coating calcium oxide.
