Abstract:
PURPOSE: An ethylene propylene diene monomer(M-class) rubber composition is provided to have excellent physical properties and excellent heat resistance which can not be obtained from natural rubber materials, thereby useful for engine mounts, etc. CONSTITUTION: A modified ethylene propylene diene monomer(M-class) rubber is grafted of a polyethylene oxide or polystyrene into a maleic anhydride-graft EPDM rubber. The content of maleic anhydride in maleic anhydride-graft EPDM rubber is 0.1-2.0wt%, and the mooney viscosity(ML 1+4 125°C) thereof is 25-35. An ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber composition comprises 3-10 parts by weight of reformed EPDM rubber, 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of cross-linking agent and 0.2-5.0 parts by weight of crosslinking promoter on the basis of 100 parts by weight of EPDM rubber.

PURPOSE: An aerodynamic characteristic test vehicle is provided to precisely detect aerodynamic characteristics of various vehicles at a low cost by applying the aerodynamic characteristic test vehicle to various kinds of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An aerodynamic characteristic test vehicle includes an upper body(20) having a space section for forming an engine room(21). A floor assembly(30) is detachably installed at a lower portion of the upper body(20). The floor assembly(30) is equipped with various parts required for an aerodynamic characteristic test, thereby forming a lower portion of a vehicle chassis. A front suspension assembly(40) is detachably attached to a front lower portion of the floor assembly(30). A rear suspension assembly(50) is detachably attached to a rear lower portion of the floor assembly(30). An engine room part assembly(60) is accommodated in the engine room(21). An air exhaust unit(70) is detachably attached to a lower portion of the floor assembly(30).

본 고안은 쿨박스를 갖는 자동차용 글로브 박스에 관한 것으로서, 글로브 박스 내부면에 일정 공간의 쿨박스를 형성하여 에어컨 가동시 상기 이베퍼레이터의 냉각 공기가 상기 쿨박스로 유입하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 쿨박스를 갖는 자동차용 글로브 박스를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

A vehicle air conditioner is provided to mount an evaporator core and a heater core with angles variable according to operating or stopped conditions of a vehicle, thereby improving ventilation resistance and air conditioning noise generated by collision of air against the heater core and the evaporator core. A vehicle air conditioner includes and evaporator core(40) and a heater core(50) respectively having driving motors mounted outside an evaporator case(42) and a heater case(52), wherein the evaporator core and the heater core rotate with respect to centers thereof respectively by the motors. A refrigerant connection line connected to the evaporator core and a cooling water connection line connected to the heater core are flexible.

PURPOSE: A structure of an air vent for an automobile is provided to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises an air vent grill part(10) with a latticed front side part(11); a hinge connecting member(30) formed correspondingly with a vent to which the air vent grill part is mounted; and a duct(40) having mounting holes formed thereon for protrusions formed on both sides of the hinge connecting member to be mounted thereto. An actuating device(20) is formed for easy separation of the air vent grill part and comprises a driving lever(21) mounted on a central part of the air vent grill part and connected with a driving axis(22); a worm(23) and a worm wheel(24) formed on a rear end of the driving axis; a hinge axis(25) axially fixed on the worm wheel; bolt holes(25a) formed on both ends of the hinge axis; and a moving part(26) having nut holes(26a) formed thereon to be engaged with the bolt holes, and mounted to grooves(12) formed on an upper part and a lower part of the air vent grill part.

PURPOSE: A fixing jig of a door for a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency, and to reduce working hours by testing wind noise accurately with adjusting clearance between the vehicle door and the vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A fixing jig for testing wind noise is composed of a main column part(10) supporting a door; a vacuum adsorbing part(20) fixing a door window; a door supporting plate part(30) fixing the lower part of the door; and a base plate(40) supporting the main column part. The door is put on a door supporting plate(33), and the height of the door is adjusted with turning a lower slider handle. An upper slider(23) of the vacuum adsorbing part slides by placing a vacuum sucker(21) in the door window with turning an upper slider handle. A slide bar is fastened with a fixing clamp, and a safety link is fixed in the door frame. Clearance between the door and the vehicle body is adjusted with operating the door supporting plate accurately by turning a fine angle adjusting handle(32). The precision of the test is increased, and working hours are reduced.
