Abstract: An automatic transporting and aligning pallet is provided to align plural assembly parts loaded in the pallet and to transfer the assembly parts to a working location of a handling robot by installing a position aligning member for aligning the assembly parts loaded in the pallet, and a pair of helical shaft members driven by a motor to transport the loaded assembly parts to the handling robot. An automatic transporting and aligning pallet includes helical shaft members(14) vertically separated from a frame member(10) and disposed in a transverse direction. The helical shaft members have equal pitches and are capable of free rotations for transporting assembly parts(12). A driving motor(16) drives the helical shaft members at equal rotational speed. A position aligning member(18) is installed at a loading location of the frame member for aligning the assembly parts. The frame member includes plural vertical frames(10a) fixed to a floor of the work area, transverse frames(10b) intersecting the plural vertical frames, and bearing members(10c) installed on two ends of two vertical frames to rotatably support two ends of the helical shaft members. The driving motor is directly connected to at least one of the two helical shaft members, and delivers the driving force to the other helical shaft member through belts(20), and pulleys(14a,16a) are installed on the motor and the helical shaft member for the operation of the belts. The position aligning member includes a sensor(18b) for detecting positions of assembly parts transported by the helical shaft members, and a pressing rod(18b) for pressing one ends of assembly parts for obtaining the position data of the assembly parts.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A clamping apparatus is provided to height the reusable value of a base beam and to increase restricting contact force of a steel plate by separably constructing the base beam, a locator and a clamper, and providing the clamper and locator with spring ball. CONSTITUTION: A clamping apparatus comprises a base beam(1), a locator(9) and a clamper(19). A cylinder(3) which is operated by means of pneumatics or hydraulics is hingedly mounted on one side of the base beam(1) via a hinge pin(5). A steel plate(7) rests on the locator(9). Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetic clamping apparatus is provided to clamp easily two steel sheets by using an electromagnet at a lower portion regardless of a constraint of a regular position. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic clamping apparatus comprises a hydraulic actuator mounted onto one side of a jig base(3), an electromagnet locator(15), an approaching sensor(17), and a 3-way solenoid valve(19). 기준 절대좌표를 알고 있는 다수의 지그 NC 홀에 설치되는 반사경에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 거리를 계산함으로서 기준 좌표계를 생성하고, 상기 생성된 기준 좌표계를 설정 좌표계로 변환하며, 용접 건의 하부 팁 끝단의 좌표를 생성한 후, 상기에서 측정된 좌표를 이용하여 NC 홀과 용접 건 하부 팁 끝단과의 상대거리를 계산하여 용접 건 하부 팁 끝단의 절대좌표를 계산한다.
