Abstract: An upper roller of a sliding door for a vehicle is provided to prevent deformation of an upper part of the sliding door when collision shock is transmitted to the sliding door by supporting one part of the upper roller using a roller side surface fastening unit in a state that the sliding door is closed. An upper roller(3) of a sliding door for a vehicle comprises an upper guide rail(2), the upper roller, a connecting plate(4), a supporting protrusion unit(5), and a roller side surface fastening unit(6a). The upper guide rail is installed at an upper part of a side surface of a vehicle body(10) to longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The upper roller is formed at the upper part of the sliding door, and slides along the upper guide rail. One part of the connecting plate is assembled to a lower part of the upper roller and the other end is fixed to the sliding door. The supporting protrusion unit is protruded from the lower part of the upper roller. The roller side surface fastening unit supports an outer side surface of the supporting protrusion unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A return lamp for a vehicle is provided to absorb and scatter shock energy by charging a space portion on the front surface of a body with a shock absorbing material even though an external shock is applied to a lamp during driving of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion(12a) forms a space portion(13) outside. The protrusion is protruded to the rear outside of a lens(12) on the front surface of a body(11) having the front end curved in multi-stage form. The space portion outside a lamp(10) is filled with a shock absorbing material(20). When an external shock is applied to the lamp while a vehicle is driven, shock energy is delivered to the space portion through the lens. Then, the shock energy is absorbed by the shock absorbing material. The remaining shock energy is scattered over the body having the protrusion of the lens. The shock energy is absorbed and scattered effectively as the shock absorbing material such as rubber or hot melt fills the space portion. Therefore, the lens is inhibited from distortion or damage even though an external shock is applied to the lamp.
