Abstract: PURPOSE: A driver airbag device for a vehicle is provided to minimize injury of a driver in a Chin on RIM test for low risk deployment by applying force opposite to a deployed direction of an airbag cushion. CONSTITUTION: A driver airbag device for a vehicle comprises a housing(10), a retainer ring(20), an inflator(30), an airbag cushion(40), and a controller(50). When crash is occurred, one side of the housing is opened. The retainer ring is mounted on the housing. The inflator is fixed in the retainer ring. The airbag cushion is received gas from the inflator to be deployed toward a driver. In a Chin on RIM test for low risk deployment of the airbag cushion, the controller induces deployment force opposite to deployment force of the airbag cushion.

The ornament comprises a coupling protrusion(41) which is inserted into the flange and is coupled to the hanging protrusion of the armature.
