Abstract: 본 발명은 엔진의 부하 상태에 따라서 증발 가스의 공급량이 제어되도록 하는 퍼지 컨트롤 솔레노이드 밸브에 대한 것으로서, 상세하게는 캐니스터로부터 증발 가스가 밸브내로 유입되도록 하는 흡인 통로와, 상기 밸브내로 유입된 증발 가스를 스로틀 바디로 공급시키도록 하는 공급 통로와, 상기 통로들 중 하나의 통로 단부를 플런저에 의해서 편심 개폐되도록 하는 솔레노이드로서 이루어지도록 하여 저부하시(아이들시)와 고부하시의 증발 가스 제어를 하나의 퍼지 컨트롤 솔레노이드 밸브로서 수행되도록 하므로서 증발 가스 제어 구조를 전체적으로 대폭 단순화시켜 설계 및 제작, 장착성이 향상될 수 있도록 하는 증발 가스 제어용 퍼지 컨트롤 솔레노이드 밸브에 대한 것이다.

Abstract: Disclosed is a mixer for a selective catalyst reduction device of an automobile exhaust system. The mixer for a selective catalyst reduction device of an automobile exhaust system is installed in an exhaust pipe between the front end of an SCR catalyst and the rear end of a dosing unit. Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas after-treatment system is provided to stably purify nitrogen oxide in a diesel particulate filter by adsorbing or emitting hydrocarbon depending on the temperature of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas after-treatment system comprises an oxidation catalyst, a hydrocarbon trap(130), and a diesel particulate filter(140). The oxidation catalyst reacts with toxic materials contained in exhaust gas and removes parts of the toxic materials. The hydrocarbon trap is arranged on the rear end of the oxidation catalyst and adsorbs or emits hydrocarbon depending on the set temperature of exhaust gas. The diesel particulate filter collects particulate matters contained in the exhaust gas and purifies nitrogen oxide using the hydrocarbon contained in the exhaust gas.
