Abstract: PURPOSE: An absorbent injector of a carbon dioxide collecting apparatus and a method for the same are provided to determine the time for exchanging and injecting absorbent by measuring the degraded degree of the absorbent in real time. CONSTITUTION: An absorbent injector(10) of a carbon dioxide collecting apparatus includes a measuring unit(14), a control unit(13), and an absorbent supplying unit(11). The measuring unit measures the degraded degree of absorbent, which transfers along a transferring pipe(8), and outputs signals according to the degraded degree. The control unit determines the time for injecting absorbent based on the signals of the measuring unit and outputs control signals. The absorbent supplying unit operates according to the control signals and injects the absorbent into the transferring pipe. An absorbent injecting method of the carbon dioxide collecting apparatus includes the following steps of: measuring the degraded degree of the absorbent; outputting the control signals; and injecting the absorbent. Abstract: PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide recovery device is provided to control the amount of moisture in absorption solution absorbing carbon dioxide and to largely reduce the amount of energy consumed for regeneration of the absorption solution. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery device comprises an absorption tower(10), a regeneration tower(20), a heat exchanger(30), and a dehydrator(100). The absorption tower absorbs carbon dioxide in exhaust gas into absorption solution. The regeneration tower is discharged from the absorption tower and heats and regenerates carbon dioxide absorption solution. The heat exchanger is installed on a line between the absorption tower and the regeneration tower and performs heat exchange between the carbon dioxide absorption solution and regeneration absorption solution. The dehydrator is installed on the line which is before transferred to the heat exchanger and absorbs moisture in the regeneration absorption solution. The circulation solvent and carbon dioxide are discharged to the outside of the regeneration tower, and the circulation solvent re-circulates to the lower part of the regeneration tower by being condensed in a cooler. The liquid absorbent is heated at a temperature of 85-140°C. The circulation solvent is one of the n-propanol and isopropyl alcohol.
