Abstract: 본발명은내비게이션시스템에서의경로설정장치및 그방법에관한것으로, 연료소모량과실시간교통정보를기반으로경로상의임의노드에서수시로경로를재설정함으로써, 교통량이많은길을피해최적의길로경로를설정하는내비게이션시스템에서의경로설정장치및 그방법을제공하고자한다.이를위하여, 본발명은내비게이션시스템에서의경로설정장치에있어서, 출발지부터목적지까지의경로상에서각 링크별예측연료소모량을산출하는연료소모량산출수단; 차량이임의노드까지이동했을때 실제로소모한실제연료소모량을측정하는연료소모량측정수단; 상기경로에대한예상도착시간, 상기임의노드까지소요된소요시간, 상기예상도착시간에서상기소요시간을뺀 값(이하, 제 1 예상도착시간), 상기임의노드에서상기목적지까지의예상도착시간(이하, 제 2 예상도착시간)을계산하는시간계산수단; 및상기실제연료소모량과상기예측연료소모량의차가제 1 임계치를초과하면상기임의노드에서실시간교통정보를기반으로경로를재설정하고, 상기제 1 임계치를초과하지않으면상기제 1 예상도착시간과상기제 2 예상도착시간의차가제 2 임계치를초과하는경우상기임의노드에서실시간교통정보를기반으로경로를재설정하는제어수단을포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for transmitting and receiving data when charging an electric vehicle are provided to charge the vehicle, to transmit the various kinds of available information for the vehicle through power line communication, and to receive available information in the vehicle through the communication. CONSTITUTION: A system for transmitting and receiving data when charging an electric vehicle includes an estimated charging time analyzing module (100), a data determining module (200), communication equipment (300), a first data storing part (400), a second data storing part (500), and an outputting part (600). When starting to charge the vehicle, the estimated charging time analyzing module calculates an estimated charging time based on a state of charge (SOC) value obtained shortly before through controller area network (CAN) communication. Based on information from the estimated charging time analyzing module, the data determining module is capable of transmitting and receiving the data, and sorts the size of the transmittable data considering a transmitting speed. The communication equipment facilitates data transmission/reception between the vehicle and a center. The first data storing part inside the vehicle stores information about telematics. The second data storing part inside the center stores the information about the telematics. The outputting part outputs data information determined by the data determining module. Abstract: PURPOSE: A route setting device of a navigation system and a method thereof are provided to set an optimal road as a route by avoiding the road in which traffic is heavy because the route is frequently set again in an arbitrary node on a route based on a fuel consumption amount and real-time traffic information. CONSTITUTION: A route setting device of a navigation system comprises a fuel consumption amount calculating member(12), a fuel consumption amount measuring member(13), a time calculation member(14), and a control member(15). The fuel consumption amount calculating member calculates an expected fuel consumption amount per each node on a route from a starting location to a destination location. The fuel consumption amount measuring member measures an actual fuel consumption amount actually consumed when a vehicle moves until an arbitrary node. The time calculating member calculates an expected arrival time, a necessary time required for reaching to the arbitrary node, a value of subtracting the necessary time from the expected arrival time, an expected arrival time from the arbitrary node to the destination location. The control member sets the route again based on traffic information at an arbitrary node when a difference between the actual fuel consumption amount and expected fuel consumption amount is exceeded over a first critical value. If the difference is not exceeded the first critical value, the route is set again based on real time traffic information at the arbitrary node.
