    Abstract: 본 고안은 엔진의 크랭크 샤프트에 커넥팅로드를 연결하되 마찰력을 감소시키기 위한 것으로 고안의 주된 목적은 크랭크 샤프트와 커넥팅로드의 갑합부에 영구자석을 개입시킨후, 그 각각의 양극성이 갖는 반발력을 이용해 마찰저항을 줄일 수 있도록 하는데 있다.
    그리고 이를 위한 특징적인 구성은 크랭크 샤프트의 편심축부에 커넥팅로드의 하단부를 감합하여 체결하되, 생크부쪽의 반원요부와 캡부의 반원요부에 반원형의 베어링을 개입시킨 것에 있어서, 상기한 상.하 반원형 베어링의 내측 곡면을 따라 일정 등간격으로 각각 매설하되, 표면의 극성이 일치하도록 영구자석을 매설하고, 또한 상기한 크랭크 샤프트의 편심축부의 외주면을 따라 일정 등간격으로 매설하되, 표면의 극성이 상기한 반원형 베어링의 영구자석과 상반되도록 또 다른 영구자석을 매설하여 크랭크 샤프트의 편심축부와 커넥팅로드의 반원형 베어링 사이에 발생하는 같은 극성의 반발력에 의해 마찰저항이 감소되도록 하는데 있다.

    Abstract: An exhaust manifold using an optimized double method is provided to solve a problem about the durability of a single SUS material exhaust manifold. An exhaust manifold using an optimized double method includes a main exhaust manifold and an inner cone section. A discharge pipe, a fixing section formed at the periphery of the discharge pipe, and a main pipe communicated with the discharge pipe are integrally formed by a cast molding. The inner cone section is welded to the front end of the main exhaust manifold and is formed of a catalyst activation material. The inner cone section is formed of an SUS material and a first product and a second product are welded to each other.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine cooling system is provided to prevent the delay of warm-up time by preventing the forced open of a thermostat caused by the quick increase of the engine speed. CONSTITUTION: An engine cooling system comprises a thermostat(1) installed at a water path(2) of a radiator outlet, a bypass line(9) which is opened when the thermostat closes the water path of the radiator outlet and closed down when the thermostat opens the water path of the radiator outlet, and which guides a coolant to a water pump(11) with bypassing the radiator, an auxiliary bypass line(13) installed to be parallel with the bypass line and used as a path for supplementarily bypassing the coolant when the amount of coolant circulated through the bypass line is insufficient, and a check valve(16) installed in the auxiliary bypass line to be opened when difference of pressure is generated by the difference between the drain capacity of water pump and the passing capacity of water in the bypass pipe line.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for reducing blow-by gas in an internal combustion engine is provided to improve the silence ability of the internal combustion engine by reducing the flow speed of blow-by gas flowed into a surge tank and smoothly diffusing blow-by gas. CONSTITUTION: A rocker arm cover of an internal combustion engine is communicated with a surge tank(4) of an intake system via a ventilation hose(6) having a PVC valve opened according to the degree of negative pressure of the intake system. The ventilation hose is connected to the surge tank by a nipple(10). A part(12) of the nipple connected to the ventilation hose has a small diameter and a part(14) of the nipple connected to the surge tank has a large diameter. When blow-by gas is flowed into the large diameter part from the small diameter part, the speed of blow-by gas flowed from the rocker arm cover is reduced at an expansion part(16).
