    Abstract: A check valve for cooling a piston is provided to prevent deformation of a housing during over-torque assembly by rotating a hexagonal bolt joined to a first ring regardless of the housing. A check valve for cooling a piston includes a housing(300), a plunger(310), a first spring(320), a first ring(330), a second ring(350), a second spring(370), a hexagonal bolt(360), and a cap(380). The housing has a through hole(340) for passage of oil. The plunger is arranged in the housing with a gap. The first spring is tightly fitted to the plunger to elastically support the plunger. The first ring is press-fit into the housing so as to prevent separation of the first spring and the plunger. The second ring with a hole(440) is tightly attached to the first ring. The second spring elastically supports the second ring. The hexagonal bolt has a ring joint portion(400) shaped as a square for connecting a cylindrical portion(390) with a hexagonal opening to the second ring. The cap is press-fit to a groove formed at the top of the housing so as to prevent separation of the hexagonal bolt. A torque limiting unit is arranged at the contact surface between the first ring and the second ring.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A crankshaft position sensor wheel is provided to allow a crankshaft position sensor to generate relatively stable signal on rotating status of a crankshaft even when an engine works at low speed or idles. CONSTITUTION: A crankshaft position sensor wheel comprises a plate(1) mounted to a crankshaft(C); a damping member(3) fixed to the plate; and a sensing wheel(5) connected with the plate through the damping member. The plate is formed as a disk with a plurality of screw holes formed thereon to be coupled to one side of the crankshaft by screws. The damping member is formed as a ring placed along a circumference of the plate, and made of material providing appropriate damping such as natural rubber. An inner circumferential surface of the sensing wheel is formed to face with and be separated from a peripheral surface of the crankshaft to be coaxial with the crankshaft. Solid lubricant is coated on the inner circumferential surface of the sensing wheel to prevent direct transmission of rotary force due to friction generated between the sensing wheel and the crankshaft, and to prevent abrasion and noise.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A ball tappet is provided to improve contact stress by rolling with a ball and a cam, and to operate a push rod actively by turning a tappet. CONSTITUTION: A ball tappet(20) comprises a guider(22) installed in the end of a push rod(28) to guide lifting; a hollow tappet pipe(24) inserted to the guider, and assembled by a snap ring; and a ball(26) inserted to the tappet pipe, and assembled with the lower part of the guider for rolling. A coating part(30) is formed in the lower part of the guider, and the tappet pipe is fitted to the guider by the snap ring to prevent the ball from being separated with contacting to the ball. The push rod is lifted up and down with actuating a cam(38). Rolling is performed actively with increasing contact stress between the ball and the cam, and endurance is improved with turning the tappet pipe. Side wear of the tappet pipe is reduced.
