Abstract: A park guide-line display device of vehicle is provided to improve stability and convenience of operator by forming the park guide-line guiding and monitoring the obstacle of rearward and risk factor. The rearward-lateral camera(10) takes a picture of the rear image of vehicle. The rearward-lateral camera comprises one or more sensor for detecting the distance of the rearward obstacle. The guide indication apparatus(20) indicates the park guide-line and the target object which is the start point of the driving operation and back image. The indicating apparatus comprises the imaging part(22) indicating the park guide-line and the display unit(24) showing the back image. The controller(30) performs the control action for indicating the park guide-line.
