PURPOSE: A method for preparing D-type lactic acids is provided to obtain high purity D-type lactic acids of high yield by separating generated lactic acids through selective absorption/desorption using an activated carbon stick and to largely save time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing D-type lactic acids from sugar through fermentation comprises the steps of: adding microorganisms to sugar in a fermentation reactor and preparing a fermented liquid; adding a sterilized stick to the fermentation reactor and adsorbing lactic acids; isolating the lactic acid-adsorbed activated carbon stick from the fermentation reactor and precipitating the lactic acid-adsorbed activated carbon stick in a collection reactor; and desorbing lactic acids in an acetic solvent contained in the collection reactor and collecting D-type lactic acids. PURPOSE: A method for preparing type D lactic acid is provided to quickly and cheaply prepare the type D lactic acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing type D lactic acid with high optical purity comprises a step of culturing E.coli(KCTC 2223) at constant temperature and pH. The pH concentration is controlled by supplying an ammonium solution(NH_4OH). The optical purity of the type D lactic acid is 99% or more. The E.coli is cultured by batch culture or continuous culture under an anaerobic condition. The present invention relates to a method for decomposing biomass and, more specifically, to a method for decomposing biomass using ionic liquid which comprises a step for removing lignin in the biomass, and a step for dissolving cellulose by mixing the lignin-free biomass with ionic liquid; and uses the ionic liquid in pretreatment of the plant biomass so as to be eco-friendly and has a high decomposition efficiency for cellulose.

본 발명은 공기질 개선 등을 위해 자동차 내장재 등에 적용할 수 있는 향기 나는 플라스틱 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 향기 나는 에센스(essence) 오일과 향기 나지 않는 캐리어(carrier) 오일의 혼합물 및 플라스틱 등을 포함함으로써, 플라스틱 제품 자체에서 은은한 허브 향 등을 첨가할 수 있으며, 차량 내장재에 적용하여 차량 내부의 공기에 대한 질의 향상을 촉진할 수 있고, 본 발명을 생분해성 수지에 적용할 경우, 상기 생분해성 수지가 분해되면서 줄어드는 향의 변화를 이용하여 교환 부품에 대한 교체 시기의 알림 기능을 부여할 수 있는 효과가 있는 향기가 나는 플라스틱에 관한 것이다.
