PURPOSE: A locking clamp device for a press is provided to improve endurance of the locking clamp device by mounting clampers on a slide and an upper die, which are coupled to each other. CONSTITUTION: A lower die having a lower sectional shape of an article is mounted on a bolster. An upper die(5) having an upper sectional shape of the article is mounted on a slide(7). A panel is introduced between the upper die(5) and the lower die so as to fabricate the article. The upper die(5) is fixed to the slide(7) by means of a locking clamp device. The locking clamp device includes a mounting block(13) having a cavity(11) therein, and an actuating cylinder(17) installed at one side of the slide(7) to move an actuating rod(15). A clamper(19) is coupled to a front end of the actuating rod(15). A pair of recesses are formed at both sides of the clamper(19).

A movable bolster(113) is installed between the fixed bolster and the upper frame. A plurality of driving cylinders(115,117) are vertically mounted to the fixed bolster, and have operating rods(119,121) connected to the movable bolster to move the movable bolster up and down. PURPOSE: Provided is an automobile nonwoven fabric which involves excellent tensile strength, wear resistance and elastic elongation with reduced production cost, and is used in making automobile head linings. CONSTITUTION: An automobile nonwoven fabric is manufactured by making a nonwoven fabric with polypropylene fiber, coating an acryl binder onto the back surface of the nonwoven fabric, and laminating a polyamide film thereto by thermal bonding. The nonwoven fabric is made using polypropylene yarn with 2-4 denier. The solid content of the acryl binder is 40-50%, and the coating thickness thereof is 0.1-0.4mm.

PURPOSE: Provided is a rubber composition for a suspension bush reducing the change of properties, which has improved heat-resistance and endurance by adding Duralink-HTS to a semi-E.V cure system using sulfur and a vulcanizing agent. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition for the suspension bush contains 100phr of a natural rubber, 1.0-2.0phr of the sulfur, 1.5-3.0phr of a sulfenamide-based vulcanizing accelerator, 0.1-0.5phr of a thiuram-based vulcanizing accelerator, 1.0-3.0phr of the Duralink-HTS(hexamethylene-1,6 bisthiosulfate disodium salt dihydrate) as a hybrid crosslinking agent.

CONSTITUTION: The suspension bush rubber composition for preventing retro-vulcanization comprises 0.5-0.8 parts by weight of crosslinking agent and 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of crosslinking aid with respect to 100 parts by weight of raw rubber. The crosslinking aid is PERKALINK 900(1,3-bis(citraconimidomethyl)benzene). The rubber composition further comprises 50-90 parts by weight of filler selected from carbon black or silica with respect to 100 parts by weight of raw rubber.

PURPOSE: A bush of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle is provided to reduce the frictional noise with the stabilizer bar with an excellent abrasion resistance and lubricating performance by being made of a material having a low frictional coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A bush of a stabilizer bar is mixed with the bloom mixture with 6 to 8phr of oleic acid amide and 2 to 4phr of erucamide, 2.5 to 3.0phr of sulfate, 65 to 75phr of NR and 25 to 35phr of BR. The sulfate increases bridge density and the NR is sort of a raw rubber material. Therefore, the bush reduces the frictional noise with high abrasion resistance and lubricating performance.

PURPOSE: A stabilizer bar bush rubber is provided to improve abrasion resistance when a vehicle is cornering, to improve the elasticity of elastomeric materials at a high temperature, and to improve abrasion resistance, durability, and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A graphite coating agent is applied to the upper part of a stabilizer bar bush rubber with improved abrasion resistance. The graphite coating agent comprises graphite; at least one or two kinds of reinforcing agents selected from aluminum hydrate, aluminum oxide and magnesium hydroxide; and at least one or two kinds of organic solvents selected from methyl ethyl ketone, benzene, acetone and toluene. The graphite and reinforcing agent are included in a weight ratio of 5 : 1, respectively.
