    Abstract: Conventionally, a radio wave absorber for absorbing properties inevitably can utilize expensive materials and has problems such as : it is quite difficult to commercialize chemical compositions and molecular structure of the materials since they are primarily used for security techniques, and that their use in this field is quite confined. Thus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a technique which is to minimize the effects generated from an electromagnetic wave of a terminal on a human body is disclosed by using a meta structure that has a function of absorbing the radio waves of the portable terminal to block the leakage of the electric wave. Also, the embodiment of the present invention presents a technique that connects the meta structure with a wireless power transmission system that has both an electromagnetic aggregation and a wireless power coagulation function at the same time.
