Abstract: A warping machine is provided to perform a warping process in a small/narrow space by reducing a scale of a creel unit compared with number of section formed in the beam and to shorten a time of the warping process. A warping machine comprises a creel unit(100), a warping part(200) and a beam portion(300). A plurality of thread bobbins are set to the creel unit. The creel unit draws out the yarn wound in thread bobbins. The warping part guides, arranges yarns which are drawn out from the creel unit in order to have a regular interval. The beam portion winds the yarn guided by the warping part. The beam portion comprises a beam(310) and a plurality of section separators(320). The beam is rotated by a motor and wounds the yarn. The section separator is equipped at a regular interval in the beam so that the beam havs a plurality of sections.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pleat type knitted fabric is provided to form natural pleats on the knitted fabric through different shrinkage rates of yarns when the knitted fabric is dyed, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process of the pleat type knitted fabric. A fabric is knitted by using a latent crimp yarn and a general yarn at a ratio 1:1-2:1. The latent crimp yarn has a thermal shrinkage rate of 10-30% at 60-130‹C and a restoration rate of 30-70%. The general yarn has a thermal shrinkage rate of no more than 10% at 60-130‹C. Pile yarns are woven in the fabric, and then the woven pile yarns are cut, thereby arranging the pile yarns in the fabric. The treated fabric is dyed at 60-130‹C.
