    Abstract: Systems and methods for user equipment (UE) capable of performing si delink (SL) communications that account for overlapped SL resource pools of multiple radio access technologies (RATs) are disclosed. A UE may select, based on prioritizing non-overlapped resources over overlapped resources, one or more candidate resources and/or one or more transmission resources; may determine a power control configuration without considering SL pathloss corresponding to a first RAT when a second power control configuration determination for a second RAT does not consider SL pathloss; may select physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) locations for PSFCH use from first PSFCH locations of resources of a first SL resource pool on a first RAT that do not overlap with a second SL resource pool on a second RAT according to a bitmap; and/or may select one of a PSFCFI transmission and PSFCH reception using a data priority rule and/or a pool sharing rule.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for utilizing inter -UE coordination regarding reserved resources of a sidelink (SL) resource pool are described herein. A first user equipment (UE) may identify that a first SL resource pool on a first radio access technology (RAT) overlaps with a second SL resource pool on a second RAT, sense for reservation signaling on the second SL resource pool to determine reserved resources on the second SL resource pool, and transmit resource reservation information indicating those reserved resources on SL on the first RAT. A second UE may receive the resource reservation information on the SL, identify, within the first SL resource pool, corresponding resources that overlap with the reserved resources of the second SL resource pool, select, from the first SL resource pool, transmission resources to use for a SL transmission by prioritizing resources other than the corresponding resources; and perform the SL transmission using those transmission resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for signaling cross-division duplex configurations. One of the methods includes determining, by a first device and for a symbol in a time slot of a cross-division duplex transmission link with a second device, that the first device can use a combination of multiple different symbol types across frequency to communicate with the second device at the symbol using cell-specific configuration data that indicates, for each of multiple symbols across time, various combinations of two or more symbol types from the multiple different symbol types to use to communicate across the respective symbol; and communicating, by the first device and with the second device using the cross-division duplex transmission link, across the symbol in the time slot using a first symbol type for a first bandwidth unit and a second, different symbol type for a second, different bandwidth unit.

    Abstract: Techniques discussed herein can facilitate the use of reference signals in active TCI switching. A user equipment (UE), comprising: a memory interface; and processing circuitry communicatively coupled to the memory interface and configured to: receive a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) message that includes an activation command indicating a target transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state; decode the activation command within a decoding period, where the decoding period is a time period allocated for the UE to decode the activation command; receive a TCI resource where the TCI resource is a reference signal; perform time and frequency tracking associated with the target TCI state according the TCI resource; and switch to the target TCI state after performing time and frequency tracking.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE), baseband processor or other network device (e.g., base station, next generation NodeB, etc. ) can operate to process or generate an acknowledgement (ACK) or a non-acknowledgement (NACK) of a beam report to indicate an autonomous transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state update, which can be a TCI update without a corresponding TCI indication /trigger. The UE can determine the ACK /NACK in response to providing the beam report in the autonomous TCI state update. The UE can then activate a TCI state of the autonomous TCI state update in response to identifying the ACK or re-transmit the beam report for autonomous TCI state update when a NACK is recognized.

    Abstract: Apparatus and method are provided for a user equipment (UE) to perform measurement operations for a handover procedure including target NR Primary Secondary Cell (PSCell) change or addition. The measurements of a target PSCell are performed in accordance with a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) block measurement time configuration (SMTC) included in a measurement object received from a base station (BS).     Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for port selection codebook configuration. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication of parameter settings of a port selection codebook. The port selection codebook includes a port selection matrix W 1, a combinational coefficient matrix W 2, and a frequency basis selection matrix W f. Based at least in part on the parameter settings, the UE selects L CSI-RS ports, Mv frequency basis from a window of N consecutive frequency basis; and up to beta*L*Mv entries per layer, where beta is a percentage of the L*Mv entries per layer. The UE reports one or more of the port selection matrix W 1, the up to beta*L*Mv entries in the combinational coefficient matrix W 2 per layer, and the frequency basis selection matrix W f to the base station.
