Abstract: Phase-stable polyol component (I), containing (A1)polyether- and/or polyetherester-polyalcohol(s), (A2) polyester- polyol(s) and (A3) liquid fire retardant(s), with a wt. ratio of (A1):(A2):(A3) = (10 plus or minus 4.5):(13 plus or minus 4):(14 plus or minus 4.5). Also claimed is (i) a process for the production of optionally cellular polyurethanes (PUR) by reacting polyisocyanates, polyol component (I) and optionally low-mol. wt. chain extenders and/or crosslinkers in presence of catalysts and optionally blowing agents and other additives etc.; (ii) isocyanate prepolymer for aerosol foam, obtained by reacting (I) with a polyisocyanate, preferably MDI; and (iii) aerosol foam obtained by foaming this prepolymer.

Abstract: The invention relates to a polyol mixture, comprising as components a1) a t least one fat-based polyol, a2) at least one polyetherol having a number-a verage molecular weight of 500 to 2000 g/mol, and a3) possibly one or more c ross-linking agents having a number-average molecular weight of 90 to 400 g/ mol, wherein x) the number-average molecular weight of component a1) deviate s from the number-average molecular weight of component a2) by no more than 400 g/mol, and xi) the OH functionalities of components a1) and a2) deviates from each other by no more than 0.5. These polyol mixtures can be used for the production of casting compounds on polyurethane basis. Furthermore, the invention relates to casting compounds based on the above-described polyol m ixtures (A) and at least one modified isocyanate (B), and to the use of the casting compounds as potting material. The invention further relates to a me thod for the production of the above-described casting compounds. Additional ly, the invention relates to dialysis filters comprising the above-described casting compounds. Finally, the invention relates to the combination of sep arately present components (A) and (B) for joint use.
