    Abstract: PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR THE PREPARATION OF A REACTION MIXTURE OF AT LEAST TWO COMPONENTS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FOAMS In order to prepare a reaction mixture which forms a foam, at least one of the components located in separate supply tanks (1) with an agitator (6) is charged with gas before being mixed into the other component. In order to do this, the component is circulated in a separate circuit by means of a delivery unit (10) which adds the gas in the suction and/or pressure area of the delivery unit and compresses the gas-component mixture. Directly after the compression zone (l2) the pressure in the gas-component mixture is again released by means of a throttle element (11), whereby large amounts of gas can be homogeneously dispersed in the liquid component.
