    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for protecting a pressure reactor from failures caused by contamination while carrying out a reaction with a medium in a gas state or supercritical state. SOLUTION: In this method for metering, introducing a medium in a gas state or supercritical state to a pressure reactor 1, the pressure rector 1 has a reaction chamber 13 connected to a stirrer dome 5 via a feeder. A preliminarily determined volume flow or mass flow of the medium is introduced to the pressure reactor 1 so that a pressure in the stirrer dome 5 becomes larger than a pressure in the reaction chamber 13. The apparatus meters, introduces the medium in a gas state or supercritical state.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a continuous method for producing a polyamide, comprising the following steps: (1) reaction of at least one aminonitrile with water at a temperature of between 90 and 400 .degree.C and a pressure of between 0.1 and 35 .times. 10 6 Pa in a tubular flow reactor containing a Bronsted acid catalyst selected from a beta zeolite, sheet silicate or titanium dioxide catalyst (2) further reaction of the reaction mixture at a temperature of between 150 and 400 .degree.C and a pressure which is lower than the pressure in step 1, where the temperature and pressure are selected such that a first gaseous phase and a first liquid or first solid phase or a mixture of a first solid and first liquid phase is obtained, and the first gaseous phase is separated; an d (3) addition of the first liquid and/or first solid phase to a gaseous or liquid phase containing water, at a temperature of between 150 and 370 .degree.C and a pressure of between 0.1 and 30 x 10 6 Pa, resulting in a product mixture.

    Abstract: The invented process for producing polymer blends by reacting at least one aminonitrile with water in the presence of thermoplastic polymers and optionally further polyamide-forming monomers comprises the following steps: (1) reacting at least one aminonitrile with water at a temperature ranging from 90 to 400 degC, and a pressure in the range of 0.1 to 35x10e6 Pa to obtain a reaction mixture, (2) further reacting the reaction mixture at a temperature from 150 to 400 degC, and a pressure which is lower than the pressure in step 1, whereby the temperature and pressure being selected so as to obtain a first gas phase and a first liquid or a first solid phase or a mixture of first solid and first liquid phase and the first gas phase is separated from the first liquid or the first solid phase or the mixture of first liquid and first solid phase, and (3) admixing the first liquid or the first solid phase or the mixture of first liquid and first solid phase with a gaseous or liquid phase comprising water, which phase may contain thermoplastic polymers and optionally further polyamide-forming monomers, at a temperature ranging from 150 to 370 degC, and a pressure in the range of 0.1 to 30x10e6 Pa to obtain the polymer blend, wherein in one or more of the steps the thermoplastic polymers and optionally further polyamide-forming monomers are added. Claimed is also the use of the above-described polymer mixtures for producing fibers, films or shaped bodies.
