Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a press bonded molded object constituted of waste tire broken rubber pieces. CONSTITUTION:A press bonded molded object is obtained by subjecting a waste tire broken rubber piece aggregate containing 95wt.% or more of waste tire broken rubber pieces having the max. diameter of 3.0-15.0mm to press bonding molding under heating. This molded object has rubbery elasticity and is excellent in mechanical properties. Further, the permanent recycle technique of a waste tire used for a field other than a new tire can be inexpensively established.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title composite having strong adhesiveness, by coating a zinc- or bronze-plated steel wire with a specified rubber composition. CONSTITUTION:A rubber composition is obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. blend rubber comprising natural rubber or both of this rubber and a synthetic diene rubber with 0.5-8pts.wt. straight phenolic resin of the formula, 0.1-0.5pt.wt. hexamethylenetetramine, 0.3-5pts.wt. cobalt salt (e.g., cobalt naphthenate) and 2.5-10pts.wt. sulfur. A steel wire plated with zinc or bronze of an Sn content of 5-15% is coated with said rubber composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the standing wave and improve durability by specifying the sectional area and 100% elongation modulus of a hard rubber stock for a soft rubber stock and specifying each loss tangent of the both rubber stocks. CONSTITUTION:A stiffener 9 rightly over a bead core 3 is constituted of a triangular hard rubber stock 4 which is surrounded by the plies of a carcass 1 and has an oblique side whose bottom side is attached onto a rubber 7 surrounding the bead core 3 and set along the carcass 1, and a triangular soft rubber stock 5 consisting of one side which is positioned outside in the radial direction of the hard rubber stock 4 and is contiguous to the hard rubber stock 4, other side along the radial axis side carcass, and the rest one side along the turn-over part 8 of the carcass 1. In this case, the hard rubber stock 4 is set so as to have the sectional area in 10-70% and the 100% elongation modulus in 3-6 times for those of the soft rubber stock 5, and each loss tangent of the both rubber stocks 4 and 5 is set 0.25 or less, 0.15 or less.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound insulating performance by laminating wood plate materials on both the surface and back face of a porous rubber layer made of a compression molding of crushed rubber and having a specific shape. SOLUTION: Waste tires are mechanically crushed, organic fiber cords and metal cords serving as a reinforcing material are removed, and the crushed rubber having the maximum grain size within the range of 0.3-30mm at 90% or above is compression-molded to mold a porous rubber layer 1. A wood backing material 3 such as a particle board is stuck on the back face of the porous rubber layer 1, and a sound insulating floor material 4 laminated with a wood plate material 2 such as a plywood floor material is molded on the surface of the porous rubber layer 1. A execution cost can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation caused by ozone and heat by bonding a rubber piece aggregate under the application of pressure by a binder formed of natural rubber latex, and covering the road surface side with a coat formed of urethane resin. CONSTITUTION:A waste tire is crushed, and organic fiber pieces and steel cord pieces are removed to form a rubber piece aggregate 1. It is so prepared that 95% or less of the aggregate 1 has the maximum diameter within a range of 1-20mm. Natural rubber latex is dripped on the rubber piece aggregate l and agitated at the same time so as to wet the whole surface of the aggregate l, and moisture in the latex 2 is evaporated to form a thin rubber film on the surface of the aggregate 1. The rubber pieces then come to have tackiness to one another, and in the semi-dry state, the aggregate 1 is compression-molded under the application of pressure of 5-50kg/cm by a pressure cylinder. A water dispersion group urethane polymer is further applied to the road surface side surface of the compact and dried to form a coat of thickness in a range of 0.5-2mm.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber piece compressed body at low cost which is environmentally safe by a simple method by compressing a plurality of rubber pieces and a natural rubber latex interposed between the pieces. CONSTITUTION:A suitable amount of natural rubber latex is dropped on an assembly of rubber pieces, an entire surface of the assembly is moistened while agitating, and simultaneously dried. Then, formation of a natural rubber film which is rigidly adhered to the piece on the surface of the piece and adhesion between the pieces are advanced. At this time point, it is filled in a predetermined mold, compression molded, then removed from the mold, the pieces are adhered through a natural rubber film by drying to be left to stand, and hence a rubber piece compressed medium of a predetermined shape can be formed. Thus, a manufacturing method has a low cost and a simple to obtain an environmental safe compression molded medium. Since a natural crosslinking can be employed, a facility, a cost in a factory is not only advantageous, but also the crosslinking can be executed at a job site, and hence it can be applied to a wire utility.
