    Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a color filter manufacturing method in which an abnormality in a head is quickly detected to reduce the quantity of defective products.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording device for removing foams and dissolved gas in ink which generate non-jetting of ink or unstabilized jetting without wasting ink and not transferring the foams and dissolved gas in ink into an ink jet head, and also provide a color filter manufacturing device in which the ink jet recording device is used. SOLUTION: Ink in a main tank 301a is fed into a sub-tank 401a by a main pump 302. The ink in the tank 401a is passed through a tube 451, a flowmeter 456, a main deaeration device 511a, a dissolved oxygen meter 520 and the like and fed into sections of three-way valves 502, 504 and 505. The ink fed therein is further fed in the direction of an ink jet head 120a at the time of jetting the ink by the operation of the three-way valves 502, 504 and 505, and returned to the sub-tank 401a through tubes 452, 453 and 454 when the dissolved oxygen amount in the ink is too much.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an operational panel device and to reduce the cost by fixing a key switch substrate unit, to which a plate member movably holding key tops of key switches is fixed, to a housing cover. CONSTITUTION:A switch substrate 2 on which tact switches 9 and the other switch main bodies are mounted and a key switch substrate unit consisting of key tops 8, the other key tops, and a cover metal plate 3 are constituted. The key switch substrate unit is attached to the inside of a housing cover 1 to constitute the operation panel device. That is, bosses 19 of the housing cover 1 are inserted to holes 3c of the cover metal plate 3 to clamp the switch substrate 2 to bosses 19 by screws 18. In this case, key tops 8 and the other key tops are inserted to holes 1a formed in the housing cover 1. Consequently, the switch substrate 2 can be built in the housing cover 1 together with key tops. Thus, the operation panel device is easily assembled and the cost is reduced.

When a restoration request command is received from the G4 FAX 7, it ts regarded that the G4 FAX 7 rejects an incoming signal because of the busy state, a connection command is sent to the ISDN network 8, the communication is proceeded to the opposite G4 FAX 7 according to the communication protocol and the picture data received from a B channel is stored in a buffer area of a RAM 6. When the G4 FAX 7 is in the idle state, the stored picture data is read and sent to the G4 FAX 7.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To call an original sender's attention to the courteous write of a character by affecting the judged result of a character recognition rate on a service charge by providing a charge setting means. CONSTITUTION:A character recognition part 12 is provided with a character recognition rate judging function and informs a recognition judged result to a charging part 14. The charging part 14 is comprised in such a way that a charge is decreased if the recognition rate is high and it is increased if the recognition rate is low based on the recognition judged result from the character recognition part 12. When the recognition of all characters in a reception image are completed, the charge is calculated by the recognition rate, and also, the numerical rating of a recognized character is performed by collating with an answer. A result is returned to facsimile 21. In such a way, it is possible to process the character recognition with a fair charging system, and to call a user's attention to the courteous description of the character.
