Even when the IC card A in such a state is inserted to a terminal and the correct ID number or code is inputted to the terminal, since it cannot be interfaced to the IC card A, the ID cannot be collated, and since the IC card A cannot be read or written, the confidentiality of the IC card A can be held.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To inform a communication busy state to a call of the operator using a channel by monitoring a channel signal on an interface of an ISDN. CONSTITUTION:When communication connection in a B2 channel is executed similarly while data transmission/reception is implemented through a B1 channel after communication connection through a D channel, the data is stored in a memory 107 with an area different from the area stored in the B1 channel. Thus, respective information is stored in 2 B channels and when the two channels are in use, it is discriminated that the B channel is busy to set an output of a channel busy discrimination circuit 109. When the user hooks off a handset 112 to make a new call, a gate 116 is opened and a busy tone generating circuit 117 is started and outputs a busy tone representing the busy state of the B channel to a receiver of the handset 112.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely send data information by counting number of times of incoming calls when an incoming rejection information is received from a called party at the transmission and sending the information when an incoming call comes from the called party when the number of times is a prescribed value or over. CONSTITUTION:The processing of designated time transmission is started at a reserved time. In the case of receiving 'RBL' representing release, it is discriminated that an opposite party is busy to count up number of times of busy states of a busy number area. Then when the number of times of busy state reaches a specified retrial number of times, a flag of a communication unarrived flag area is set at on-state. The called party analyzes 'SET UP' received from the sender side, and in the case of busy state, an outgoing address is set to an outgoing address area. When both the network busy or terminal busy states are released, an outgoing address is extracted from an outgoing address area to form 'SET UP' for in incoming address to apply outgoing operation. Thus, polling is applied to the side of original transmission and an original is received from the sender causing retrial-over by the polling.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To save the power consumption by turning on a power of a printer section due to an incoming call, storing the incoming data into a temporary memory and outputting the incoming data stored in the memory to the printer section in the stage that the output operation of the printer section is enabled. CONSTITUTION:A controller 3 turns off the power of a printer section 2 in the absence of a call for a prescribed time, turns on the printer section 2 in response to the incoming call to start the printer section 2. Moreover, the controller 3 is provided with a memory storing a picture data and the incoming data is stored once in the memory till the printer section 2 is able to be operated at the incoming call and the incoming data stored in the memory is supplied to the printer section 2 in the stage that the printer section 2 is operationable. Thus, if the printer section is inactivated, it is possible to turn off the power thereby saving the power consumption.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the monitor of data at a high transferring speed with an inexpensive protocol monitor for transferring speed of a low speed by providing a data extracting means to extract the data at a low transferring speed. CONSTITUTION:According to an AND output signal between a transferring clock CLOCK0300 and a gate signal FRAME 301, which shows each half of data DR0 are effective, by an AND gate 120, only the clock, where the effective data exist, is extracted and inputted to the input clock of an IC100. Then, the data of DR0302 are fetched with being synchronized to the rising of a clock a105. On the other hand, the CLOCK0300 is divided by a counter 118 and a clock b107 is inputted as the output clock of the IC100. Then, the DR0 302 are successively outputted by the half clock and output data b106 are made. Thus, the inputted data are outputted to a protocol monitor at a half speed and the monitor of the data at the high transferring speed can be executed by the inexpensive protocol monitor for transferring speed at the low speed.
