Abstract: Sistema de trajetória de fuido, sistema polarizador e método para manufaturar. Trata-se de um sistema de trajetória de fluido que inclui um frasco que contém um produto farmacêutico no mesmo, uma tajetória de fluido de dissolução também é incluida no sistema de trajetória de fluido, sendo que a trajetória de fluido de dissolução possui uma extremidade de saída em comunicação fluida com o frasco e uma extremidade de entrada anexa a um recipiente de pressão que contém um meio de dissolução. Uma trajetória de fluido de entrega é também incluida no sistema que possui uma primeira extremidade anexa de forma hermétrica ao frasco para transportar do mesmo uma mistura de produto farmacêuticos dissolvido e meio de dissolução e uma segunda extremidade conectada a um recipiente de recepção para receber a mistura. Uma válvula de trajetória de fluido de dissolução é posicionada entre o recipiente de pressão e a trajétória de fluido de dissolução para controlar o fluxo do meio de dissolução, e uma válvula de trajetória de fluido de entrega é também incluída no sistema de trajetória de fluido para controlar fluxo da mistura da trajetória de fluido de entrega para o recipiente de recepção.

Abstract: A fluid path system includes a vial containing a pharmaceutical product therein. A dissolution fluid path is also included in the fluid path system, the dissolution fluid path having an output end in fluid communication with the vial and an input end attached to a pressure vessel containing a dissolution medium.
