    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor element where ohmic contact is surely obtained, power consumption can be suppressed low, degradation can be sufficiently prevented and productivity is superior. SOLUTION: The element 10 has a substrate 1 having a group II-VI compound semiconductor containing at least one kind of group II element selected from a group consisting of beryllium, magnesium, zinc, cadmium and mercury, and at least one kind of group VI element selected from a group consisting of oxygen, sulfur, selenium and tellurium and a contact layer 6 which is formed on the substrate 1 and conspiring an addition of at least one kind of group V element selected from a group consisting of phosphor, arsenic and antimony as p-type impuritie to the group II-VI compound semiconductor.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to get the three-dimensional data of a cubic sample without moving or rotating the sample itself, by furnishing the first and the second electron beam sources to emit electron beams in time devision and a scanning/deflecting device to deflect the electron beams to convert the incident angles of the electron beams to the sample each other. CONSTITUTION:Electron beams 4A and 4B are radiated from electron guns 1A and 1B time devision respectively, and, the electron beam 4A from the electron gun 1A corresponding to the left eye is focused on a sample through an object lens 11, its incident angle is +7 deg. to the vertical axis, and it is deflected to scan over the sample. The electron beam 4B from the electron gun 1B corresponding to the right eye is also set to be scanned over the same area, and its incident angle is -7 deg. to the vertical axis. By catching the twodimensional images of the cathode-ray tubes 14A and 14B through a stereoscopic mirror or the like with the left and the right eyes respectively, a stereoscopic perception can be acquired.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a cathode for emitting a photoelectron or a secondary electron, incorporating improved quantum efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Many grains 5c composed of a compound of cesium metal, sodium metal, potassium metal and antimony metal, are made to grow for deposition on a nickel electrode plate 5b covered with an aluminum metal layer 5a. The mean grain size of the grains 5c is 500nm. Also, the height of the grains 5c at both projected and recessed sections is approximately 1,000nm, while a gap between the grains 5c at the projected section and other grains 5c at the recessed section is 1,000nm. In this case, polarizing characteristics for light incident on photoelectric surface are effectively eliminated, and incident light or primary electrons are almost absorbed by the grains 5c forming the first and second layers on the surface. According to this construction, electrons excited and generated from the grains 5c can emit photoelectrons or secondary electrons.
