PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic execution system that can deal with exceptional operation without changing and revising an application program automatically executed. SOLUTION: Information that can specify a screen (for example, a screen number or a characteristic message) is recorded by the screen which appears in an application for performing automatic execution and is compared and confirmed at the time of reexecution. It is confirmed that the automatic execution is performed in the order assumed by this confirmation. Also, in preparation for the case in which an exceptional screen appears, processing procedures for each screen (for example, PA2 KEY or the like) are recorded. Moreover, in this one condition, software for recording operation procedure of a key board and a screen position specification of an input/output parameter is prepared and an operator can record screen specification data, input parameter data and output parameter data while executing the application.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing a numeric column exclusive input field, and a method for positioning a cursor in the pertinent field in which input position selection by a mouse, the selection of an insertion mode and a displacement mode, and insertion/displacement/deletion at an arbitrary position, and proper display can be attained. CONSTITUTION: This method includes an insertion/displacement processing step for displaying a cursor at the prescribed position of a numeric column, and inserting an inputted numeral or code into the cursor position, or displacing it at the cursor position according to whether the input mode of an inputting means is an insertion mode or a displacement mode, and a deletion processing step for deleting either a numeral at the cursor position or a numeral before the cursor position in response to deletion input or backspace input from the inputting means. A digit display mark necessary for the numeric column after the processing step is inserted, and the numeric column is edited and displayed at a display device, and the cursor is moved to a new cursor position for operating the next insertion/displacement and deletion processing to the numeral of digits lower by one than the numeral to which the insertion/displacement and deletion processing is operated.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for distributing really necessary information among a huge quantity of information while keeping secrecy of personal information. SOLUTION: On an information-provider's server, user information (user open information) that the user thinks that it may be registered is recorded (step 31). The server narrows down distributed information by referring to the user open information to generate information candidates (step 35). The information candidates are distributed to a user's terminal (step 36) and the user further narrows down them into a 2nd candidate by referring to user secret information recorded on the user's terminal (matching decision: step 37). The user requests the server to distribute the information body of the 2nd candidate (step 38) and the server sends the necessary information body in response to the request (step 41). The user's terminal displays the information body (step 42).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information terminals at remote sites to collaborate with one another by previously installing special software on the information terminals. SOLUTION: A customer-side browser 131 and an agent-side browser 171 are connected through a collaboration server 110 and a web server 140 is also controlled to gain access through the collaboration server. The collaboration server embeds an applet which detects a change of a page and a client controller which displays a page corresponding to the post-change page information of a collaboration partner when the browsers 131 and 171 refer to some pages. On the customer-side or agent-side browser, the applet is actuated once the change of the page is detected, the page information changed is sent to the opposite side through the collaboration server, and the opposite-side client controller controls the browser to display the page changed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a URL together with a voice when the incoming side is in an automatic recording state, to extract URL information and to dispatch it to a browser in the case of reproducing an automatically recorded message. SOLUTION: This telephone set with browser is provided with an input means for inputting the URL of a web page, a transmitting means for transmitting the URL inputted by the said input means so as to distinguish it from a voice message, a receiving means for receiving a URL and a related voice message from the outside, an automatic recording means for recording and reproducing the URL and the related voice message received by the said receiving means, and a decoder means for converting the URL reproduced from the said automatic recording means to a character form and supplying it to the said browser.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make intensively changeable contents to be displayed on another information terminal by displaying the start picture of default and an object instructing the next page on a customer side browser, displaying the number of a material to be referred to by a customer as the next page on an agent side display screen and enabling an agent to change this number. SOLUTION: On the display panel of a customer side condition display part 141 of an agent side information terminal 140, when the agent presses a change button, the customer side condition display part 141 performs access through an agent managing part 121 to a material managing part 119 and the list of materials is acquired and displayed on another window. The agent can select a check box instructing dynamic material preparation, can select one material out of the list of materials after the selection of a check box instructing interruption and can select any material without selecting the check box for interruption as well.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make directly writable plotting onto a shared application by generating annotation data responding to an operator input by means of a window having a transparency and permitting the annotation data to correspond to an application window. SOLUTION: A plotting event generated in a transparent window 205 is obtained by a window procedure 207, the obtained plotting event is analyzed by a plotting control part 211 and coordinate change data or the like in a prescribed period is obtained. Annotation data is generated by a plotting part 209 based on obtained coordinate change data, an annotation data output is displayed by the transparent window 205 in response to the operator input and correspondence is executed to the prescribed application window by an object application 201. Thus, plotting can be directly written on the shared application.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protection against unauthorized access.SOLUTION: A system comprises: a detection unit configured to detect unauthorized access to an information processing apparatus; and a control unit configured to shift modes of the information processing apparatus. A computer executes a first virtual machine and a second virtual machine. When the system is operating normally, the control unit causes the information processing apparatus implemented by the first virtual machine to operate in a normal mode, and causes the information processing apparatus implemented by the second virtual machine to operate in a standby mode. If the unauthorized access is detected, the control unit shifts the information processing apparatus implemented by the first virtual machine into a decoy mode, and shifts the information processing apparatus implemented by the second virtual machine into the normal mode.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection system for efficiently detecting abnormality arising in a control system and for separating the control system where the abnormality is found.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection system includes: multiple control systems that are connected to a network and respectively operate within an individual protection area; a monitoring part that is provided in each control system, inspects data exchanged between the control system and an opposing party's control system to be monitored, and transmits abnormality notification when the opposing party's control system is suspected of abnormality; and a management part 210 that aggregates the abnormality notification transmitted from each monitoring part in the control systems, evaluates a reputation of the control system suspected of abnormality, and causes a protection area where the control system suspected of abnormality operates to limit outbound traffic at least from the inside of the protection area when the suspected control system is determined to have abnormality by comparing an evaluation result with a standard.
