Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for freezing a food, capable of selectively attaching a product inferior in peelability to one side, removing the product from a cooling jig and facilitating a treatment such as transportation to a packing process by placing the food between a pair of cooling jigs having surface states mutually different in peelability and freezing the food. SOLUTION: A food such as a porous hydrous wheat flour food e.g. bread is placed between a pair of cooling jigs having surface states mutually different in peelability and compression function such as cooling plates or cooling belts and is frozen. For example, an upper cooling plate 1 is composed of a material excellent in peelability and a lower cooling plate 2 is made of a material inferior in peelability. When the upper cooling plate 1 is removed after freezing, the food 3 is wholly attached to the lower cooling plate 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent melt fracture from occuring so as to obviate the unfavorable influence on the value and strength of a product, by heating a parison just before it leaves a die in blow molding. CONSTITUTION:By a blow molding extruder having a die 10, a melted resin is fed to a fluid passage 1 and is extruded from the tip of a die land section 2 into a parison 11. In this case, the inner and outer surfaces of the parison 11 are heated by heaters 4, 5 of the die land section 2 immediately before it leaves the die 10 so that the melt fracture can be prevented from occurring. In comparison with the case where such heaters are not used, the rise of about 20-40 deg.C in the temperature of the extruded parison 11 will be enough. Thus, the worsening of the appearance of the product and the lowering of the strength of the product can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method by which a filled body in which a filler material having fluidity is enclosed can easily be held as the solid shape at the time of filling, and at the same time, can effectively prevent the filler material in a bag from moving.
SOLUTION: A recessed chamber 16 of which the peripheral edge section is partitioned by a frame-like shrinking material 15 is formed on the upper surface of a lower sheet 13 having a sealant layer 13a, and the filler materials 12a and 12b are filled. Then, an upper sheet 14 having a sealant layer 14a is arranged in a manner to cover the recess-like chamber 16 and the frame-like shrinking material 15. The frame-like shrinking material 15 is shrunk, and at the same time, the upper sheet 14 and the lower sheet 13 are bonded on the external periphery of the frame-like shrinking material 15. Also, when the recess-like chamber 16 is formed by the frame-like shrinking material 15, an adhesive layer 17 is applied on the upper surface of the lower sheet 13 at a section where the recess-like chamber 16 is formed.
