    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porous sheet having a gas permeability, moisture permeability and water-resistance and, nevertheless, good feeling and high strength (high tear strength and tensile strength) and exhibiting excellent discoloration resistance and to obtain an absorbing material produced by using the film. SOLUTION: The objective porous sheet having a moisture permeability of 0.1-4.0g/100cm .hr and resistant to discoloration is produced by forming a sheet from a molten mixture of a resin composition composed of (A) 50-90 pts.wt. of a crystalline polypropylene resin, (B) 50-10 pts.wt. of an organic compound miscible with the crystalline polypropylene resin A at or above the melting point of the resin and exhibiting phase-separation with the resin below the melting point of the resin and (C) 0.005-5 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin A) of an organophosphoric antioxidant and drawing the obtained sheet in at least one direction. The absorbing material is produced by using the porous sheet as a backing material.
