Abstract: The napkin comprises a central absorption portion (10) including a backsheet (2) of liquid impermeable material, an absorber (3) chiefly composed of a pulp fibre and a highly absorbent polymer, and a topsheet (1) of liquid permeable material. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin A) of an organophosphoric antioxidant and drawing the obtained sheet in at least one direction. The absorbing material is produced by using the porous sheet as a backing material.
